Was able to solve my electrical problem just by talking to me and didn't charge me for a visit they could have easily made. If that's not a commitment to doing the best for your customers, I don't know what is. Will 100% use Bear the next time I have an issue.

I had Bear Electric come out to wire up a small office space. It was a relatively simple job since the major work to run a new sub panel had already been completed by another company. To start, the communication was excellent, and everything else followed suit. Scott arrived on time, took notes on what I needed and explained his plan of action. He was done promptly and everything looked and performed great. My only regret was not hiring Bear Electric from the beginning, but I know who to call and refer for any future electrical work!

This company is fast acting, asked for photos--to narrow down the scope of the job, gave me a fair quote and was able to come that day or at a later date. I wanted immediate help.
I was was texted, more than once, the electrician's ETA.
Scott Cockrell arrived with a big smile on his face sporting his tool belt and asked me to guide him to the problems; we shared some info and off he went.
After fixing one issue he had to troubleshoot the second one and it led him to a GFCI that I didn't realize was tripped. The light was still showing green.
He put everything back together and even taught me a few things. I laughed and called him ""Dr Sparky"" because I work in healthcare and he's the master.
I figured I'd be billed the original amount and more since he had to spend time investigating. Nope! He only charged for the one item!
It's when you meet honest and caring people like Mr. Cockrell that you trust people again. It just seems I'm often on the defense afraid of being hoodwinked.
There's a reason he's got seventy-something reviews and FIVE STARS! They go above and beyond.

Excellent work by Bear Electric! I had several fixtures, sconces and outlets to be added and Scott and his son handled every aspect with professionalism and such wonderful attention to detail. He made sure to contact me beforehand to go over pricing and was consistent throughout. While working, Scott was so good about asking my opinion on how exactly I wanted things to look and he presented multiple options to create the exact amount of light I was looking for. Incredibly impressed by this team and will for sure have them out again!
