Phillip from Bear Electric has been such a godsend. After having a panel upgrade done by an unlicensed individual (very long story) my family was in a very unsafe situation with significant flickering and arcing when using appliances. Phillip worked so hard with the city and myself to get the panel safely replaced and moved and up to code. Its such a relief to know my family is safe and that using my living room lights and my toaster oven at the same time isn't going to set the house on fire.
