BEAR Contractors, LLC, was founded with the help of four brothers, and three of them worked closely together. We have thrived by adopting best practices and treating our customers as family. Originally named Bullins Refrigeration, we had divisions for Bullins Electrical and Bullins Air Conditioning & Heating. We had three separate listings in the phone book, one for each name, leading to confusion about which service the caller was requesting. To resolve this, we took action one day, and that’s when BEAR, which stands for Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, was created. This change helped us streamline our phone responses. We needed to communicate to potential clients that we specialized in electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration services, but rather focused on electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration work. Along the way, we incorporated generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales into our business. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
