The inception of BEAR Contractors, LLC, came from four brothers working together, with three of them collaborating side by side. We started as Bullins Refrigeration; we provided services under Bullins Electrical and Bullins Air Conditioning & Heating. We maintained three distinct ads in the phone book for each service, leading to confusion about which service the caller was requesting. We recognized the need for a solution and took steps to fix it, resulting in the birth of BEAR, representing Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. This change allowed us to better manage incoming calls. We had to ensure new customers understood we were not general contractors, but specialized in electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration contracting. As we grew, we added generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales to our services. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
