Our journey began with four brothers supporting each other, with three brothers actively involved in the business. We have thrived by adopting best practices and treating our customers as family. Originally named Bullins Refrigeration, we had divisions for Bullins Electrical and Bullins Air Conditioning & Heating. We had three separate listings in the phone book, one for each name, causing uncertainty about the service the customer was calling for. One day, we decided to address this issue, and that’s when BEAR, which stands for Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, was created. This change allowed us to better manage incoming calls. We had to ensure new customers understood we were not general contractors, but rather focused on electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration work. Along the way, we incorporated generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales into our business. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
