To resolve this, we took action one day, resulting in the birth of BEAR, representing Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. This change helped us streamline our phone responses. However, we also needed to clarify to new customers that we were not general contractors, but specialized in electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration contracting. Along the way, we incorporated generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales into our business. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
