The inception of BEAR Contractors, LLC, came from four brothers working together, with three brothers actively involved in the business. Our growth stems from implementing best practices and treating our clients like family. The company was initially called Bullins Refrigeration; we provided services under Bullins Electrical and Bullins Air Conditioning & Heating. Our phone book ads were divided into three listings, each representing a different name, causing uncertainty about the service the customer was calling for. We recognized the need for a solution and took steps to fix it, and that’s how BEAR, an acronym for Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, came to be. This change helped us streamline our phone responses. We needed to communicate to potential clients that we specialized in electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration services, but specialized in electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration contracting. Along the way, we incorporated generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales into our business. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
