We maintained three distinct ads in the phone book for each service, and when the phone rang, we often didn’t know which service the caller needed. To resolve this, we took action one day, resulting in the birth of BEAR, representing Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. This change allowed us to better manage incoming calls. We needed to communicate to potential clients that we specialized in electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration services, but rather focused on electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration work. As we grew, we added generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales to our services. This encapsulates the journey of BEAR.
