One day, we decided to address this issue, and that’s when BEAR, which stands for Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, was created. This solution improved our ability to answer calls effectively. We had to ensure new customers understood we were not general contractors, but rather focused on electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration work. Along the way, we incorporated generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales into our business. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
