We recognized the need for a solution and took steps to fix it, and that’s how BEAR, an acronym for Bullins Electrical Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, came to be. This change helped us streamline our phone responses. However, we also needed to clarify to new customers that we were not general contractors, but rather focused on electrical, A/C, heating, and refrigeration work. Along the way, we incorporated generators, natural gas lines, and solar panel sales into our business. That pretty much sums up the story of BEAR.
