I needed a 240V outlet for electric car charging station in my garage, I called John to setup an appointment for estimate, John showed up in my house on time and gave me suggestions and very reasonable quote, I then received formal quote from him later on. I liked John's honesty and asked him to do the job, John was able to accommodate my schedule and sent two of his guys to finish the job in a professional way, he even waived part of unforeseen material cost because of limitation of my service panel. I highly recommend John for your electricity related job, I will sure use him next time.

John Martinez, Edgar, and the whole crew at (Go) Bayshore Electric are extremely professional: technically excellent, responsive, courteous, have fair pricing, and are fully dedicated to customer satisfaction. After a (residential home) first job a month ago (garage wiring) was done so well, on budget, and with strong customer focus we have done three additional, separate projects (splitting circuits, dimmable led recessed lighting, and a chandelier replacement). All equally well done, and each with great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any repair or improvement jobs you may be considering. And typically the work can be done far sooner than might be anticipated!

We hired John Martinez - Bayshore Electric - to change lighting systems in our kitchen and hallway and we could actually see what we were doing when he was finished! The process was much quicker than we thought and there was no need for cutting into the ceilings. The fixtures are nice, recessed, and flush with the ceiling. He also gave us some ideas for other areas in the house. We called him a few days later to give us further ideas and options for upstairs and downstairs, which he did.

After reviewing our lighting in each room, we decided to make changes in bedrooms, offices, and living room. There was no need to remove current tracks, but we changed to LED bulbs, and some switches needed to be changed. His crew, Edgar Cruz and Bonifacio Gobera were thorough and kept us informed about the process as it unfolded.

The end result was that the new lighting was comprehensive, there are no ""dim"" spots, and we could see things we didn't know we couldn't see before.

We were very pleased not only with John's work, and that of Edgar and Bonifacio, but with the efficiency and professionalism of their approach and work ethic. They all seemed to actually enjoy what they do. In fact, they solved a little mystery about installing an additional light in the hallway, and there was no need for cutting into sheetrock. They were on time and/or called ahead if there was to be a delay. They came prepared with the materials they needed. They kept the area clean while they were working, and cleaned up any additional debris when they were finished.

We noticed the respect between each of them. John didn't just give us an estimate of time and cost. He gave us options, why something was more/less effective. He talked with his employees in the same way, and at the end of the project, he went over each item with us, and we all went around the house to check on everything. What could have been a tedious process was a delightful experience.

To say that we would recommend him to others is an understatement.

My husband told me to call an electrician for a job at our home and Bayshore's name came up. I literally called this morning and spoke to John who was super friendly and he had two of his electricians out by 11:45am. They fixed a different problem than what I originally had called for, but when I spoke to John he made it right by having his guys run off to Home Depot and they fixed the timer for our sprinkler system in our backyard for no extra charge. Now thats what I call stellar customer service!! I didn't have to wait all day for them to come, they were quick and diagnosed a different problem and fixed it and lastly fixed my original problem that our gardner would normally fix. Yay, I happy!!

I recently hired Bayshore Electric to do some exterior electrical work (install outlets, light fixtures and patio heater).

The entire process from quote to completion went seamlessly. Their quote was detailed and priced competitively. Their communication was good. They easily accommodated some last minute changes on my part. The crew was professional - punctual, hard-working, detailed and neat. They are also a group of nice guys. They worked extremely late (past 7 pm) on the first day in order to complete the job sooner.

Based on my experience I would use John and his team at Bayshore Electric again for any future electric work and I would also strongly recommend them to others.

I just had a great experience using Bayshore Electric to solve an electrical issue.

I'm reasonably handy, but couldn't figure out why the GFI in my kitchen kept failing. It seemed like there was a short somewhere, but I couldn't figure out where. I called Bayshore Electric this morning, and before noon, two guys came out, spent a little less than an hour, and solved the problem - which was a loose neutral wire caused by a faulty wire connector in a junction box that I didn't realize was there. In the process, they had opened the other junction boxes on the circuit and identified and proactively solved some grounding wire issues that I wasn't aware of.

The guys were courteous, hard working, and quite competent. I will definitely call them again if I have another electrical issue.

backyard landscaping messed the electric system that handles pool pump/filters. Bayshore Electric guys showed up, a bit late then the appointment time at 8am. They check the whole electric systems and fixed the problem.

My impression is that they are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
