Frank, the owner was very funny, kind and easy to work with. He even updated me the scheduling status by calls and texts. So, I do not have to wonder where my electricians are. Dealing with many different contractors on many different jobs over the years, that was often major issue, including no show.

Two electricians, Pete and Eloy were very professional that they knew exactly what they were doing and answered all my questions. They even suggested few good ideas to make a final product very efficient and perfect. After finishing work, they explained what they did, made sure everything works properly and cleaned the job site.

These days, it is very difficult to find a good professional worker and I am so happy to recommend Ballard Electric for any electrical work.

Let me save you some time: don't even bother multi-bidding your next job. Just go with Ballard Electric. They're awesome!

We had a lot of work done in our new house: new electric panel, added recessed lighting, added multiple ceiling fans, installed outdoor outlets, replaced loose outlets, troubleshot non-working lights and circuits, replacing ceiling lights, adding/replacing bathroom vanity lights, and adding an EV charger.

We did bid multiple people and Ballard's prices were very reasonable, but we went with them due to the service. We traded many emails, got on the phone, and texted back and forth about estimates, details of the project, and answered a bunch of random questions. They likely spent several hours on items related to our job even before we committed to spending a single dollar with them.

For our electrical panel, we needed the city to come perform a meter spot, as well as get someone out to unlock the ring on the existing panel (which as you would expect is one guy that sort of comes when he feels like it). For anyone who has dealt with the city any time recently, you know how difficult it is to get ahold of someone - especially during the pandemic. Ballard gave me a separate direct line to a contact and I had someone out in a week. Ballard followed up with me, emailed directly with the city inspector to discuss a few unique issues to our job, and was in near-constant communication. Again - we hadn't even officially gone with them yet! Obviously, this more than sealed the deal.

The team showed up on time and spread out to cover all the jobs we had to do. It was a multi-day job and we only had to be without power for one day. They checked in with us as they went along to get our sign-off on all sorts of little details: light placement, dimmers, chandelier height, etc before they went and did anything.

We also purchased a few fixtures that didn't quite work for our space, Ballard helped give us some guidance on what we should look for and came back a couple of weeks later to finish the job. The work was completed on time, professionally, and they fully cleaned up at the end.

I can't say enough good things about them. As I said, don't even bother multi-bidding and wasting time with lots of estimate appointments, just go with these guys and save yourself the trouble.

Ballard Electric is absolutely the best company with true professionals, best in this trade, thanks to Frank, Don and the whole crew. My kitchen island electrical panels went out and I called Frank right away and left a message. He called back within minutes and was totally forthright about how busy they are( maybe couple weeks to get in) I didn't mind waiting as I knew they were the best in this industry. Frank called me again later to squeeze me in which was so kind of him. Peter and Eloid came out fixed it in no time as well as some Gfis that went bad in the garage. Frank and his crew are absolutely the best, really great at what they do, courteous, and kind. If I can give them 10 stars I would. They are coming back out to put in a Tesla charger soon and I know I have the best guys to do so. You will be so impressed by these guys! They have the best and the perfect reviews. We have used Ballard Electric over the years and they have done an excellent job in every instance, from ceiling fan installations to wiring issues to extensive extensive exterior electrical work such as landscape lighting and replacing transformers. We would definitely recommend!

Friendly, honest, and communicative during a panel upgrade for an EV plug/charger install. Obtained the appropriate permits and completed the job ahead of schedule. Great work and it passed inspection right away. Highly recommend!

Had Ballard electric come out because outlets in kitchen not working. No fridge/microwave/oven. Two techs came out. Very personable. Said the Gavin outlet was tripped and seem like that was it and said bill was $145
Had to tell them to maybe check outlet at microwave because it acted unusual just before. Found loose connections so relaxed outlet and left without checking to make sure everything was right. Plugged in fridge and pop circuits. Called Frank and told me. Said I probably had a problem with my fridge. Before I went out and buy a new fridge had them come out and recheck. Bad outlet at fridge. Will not have them check any other problems.

Want to repost that the Ballard team address my comments and went the extra mile. Would highly recommend for their outstanding customer satisfaction.

Hired this company to install Tesla wall charger. Frank asked for pics of my panel, sent out his crew and got the job done quickly. Crew was very professional. Work looks great.

I just called 5 minutes ago and talked to Frank. I was using a heat gun in my garage and overloaded the circuit. I tried resetting all the breakers and couldn't find the one that could reset that outlet. Also the thermostat in my house wasn't working after I tripped that breaker. Frank helped me on the phone and walked me through the breakers and helped me find the breaker to reset. It worked! Frank is awesome and he just made a future customer. I will definitely refer him and Ballard electric to my colleagues. Excelleby job Frank!
