These guys are really great and know what they are doing. They have taken care of our garden lights and some of the kitchen electricity. Very flexible and are available. They even gave me guidance over the phone in a late hour when our fuse tripped. Highly recommend.

Ballard Electric was a fantastic company to work with and I personally want to thank Don, Frankie, and the rest of the team for the work they did. My house needed some electrical improvements - outdoor motion sensor security lights, new bathroom fans, new porch light with in wall timer, fix broken light switch. I sought out a couple quotes from local businesses. What I liked most about Ballard was their prompt communication, their knowledge of modern technology, and their upbeat personality. They met me for an in home estimate and I received the quote within 24 hours. We scheduled an installation day within 2 weeks, and everything went off without a hitch. They can be easily reached for questions and they really take the time to understand what the customer wants. As soon as I get to the store to find that new chandelier, I'll be calling Ballard to come install.

Ballard redid the electrical for the whole downstairs and loft addition for our house, no complaints. We ran into an electrical issue 6 months out, called Ballard and they showed up within two hours and tested everything and found the problem, which was Southern California Edison's. Talk about customer service after the sale! Thanks!! Will definitely want to use them for the upstairs remodel in July!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Don Ballard and his colleague, John, came to fix an electrical problem we had within just a few hours. They both were extremely polite and knowledgeable and fixed our electrical problem. They are also very reasonably priced and upfront about the costs. Very professional, prompt, and friendly. After installing an outdoor outlet, the GFI unit went bad a few months later. They came over the same day I called and replaced the GFI for no charge! The bad equipment isn't technically their fault, but they took responsibility. They have totally earned my loyalty. Thank you!

What is there not to say - I found them using yelp and like many read reviews and got a quote - I am extremely happy I chose them - the Ballard team are amazing - Very professional , knowledgable , on time , great rates (omg can't beat the rates) and they were able to work around my busy schedule. If I only had 3 words to describe Ballard Electric: Professional, Meticulous, Clean.

I had Ballard Electric come out to do some electrical work on a house that we recently bought. Donnie, Frankie, Johnny, and Auggie came out to install 8 LED lights on dimmers, hang 2 TV's to the wall with hidden cables, and install a new electrical outlet in the kitchen. The guys did a great job (often checking with me to make sure everything was placed where I wanted) and were very personable as well - who knew I would get in-house entertainment with the service! They completed the work requested and cleaned up immediately after. Pricing was competitive compared to other highly rated Yelp electricians in the area. I've already recommended them to other friends looking to do electrical work and will use them again for future jobs.
