STOP! Need look no further. I requested 3 estimates based on the top Yelp reviews. Ballard Electric quickly responded and provided a fair quote. The following day, they Installed 5 outdoor LED lamps. The job was completed in half a day and they left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. They did not even collect payment till later and only after verifying I was satisfied with the job. No hidden cost. Friendly, courteous and professional Don, Frank and Augie are the BEST! I rated five stars buy they deserve10 Stars! Above & Beyond.

Wow! Ballard Electric just left and I am so impressed with the work they did. I called to have two ceiling fans replaced and everything looked over after the house had a power surge. The two fans were fixed and then the electricians went above and beyond. We moved into the house three years ago and had an electrician out to fix a few things. He said it wasn't possible to fix the items without a total rewire. Ballard came in today, had a look and fixed the problems very quickly with no rewiring. We are thrilled to have our fans and outside outlets working again.

Frank got back to me right away with fair and honest pricing. Augie came through later and was very professional. Prep'd the area, was careful with equipment, and precise installation.

I had soundbar brackets, but Augie was able to mount slightly lower to keep the buttons accessible for when my kids eventually lose the remote and it looks even better. Cleaned up and even had the HDMI and mini extension cord ready for DirecTV.

This type of service was above and beyond my expectations. Ballard Electric has a new customer for life.

Top notch electricians. Frank came out within a couple days of calling and brought a two man crew to run some 220 and 110 dedicated circuits in my garage. The crew did a fantastic job; all the conduit was ran clean and the panels and outlets were all tested and labeled. I had a small issue with the effectiveness of one of the employees, but Frank made an adjustment for me and made it right. Rather than taking it the wrong way, Frank thanked me and appreciated the feedback as he wasn't on the job the entire time for oversight.

Not all things in business go as planned. However when you exemplify the excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude as Frank did, well that's what turns your company into a top notch, client satisfied, 5 star company.

Will definitely be calling Ballard back next time I need electrical work. Highly recommended and well deserving of the 5 star rating.

My wife and I just moved in to our new place last year and I was going nuts trying to get my porch light and switch to work... A year later I finally broke down and admitted defeat. I called a couple of electricians and they were all so expensive for just ""trouble shooting"". I came across Ballard electric and contacted them and set the appointment. The electricians came over right on time and got right to work. They were able to find the problem and get it fixed in no time. They were incredibly professional and courteous and even explained some fundamentals to me. If you have any issues big or small, they are the company to go to.
