Had a rental with tenant complaining about the AC not running cold and freezing up at time. The technician came out and after diagnosing, told me that the coil is leaking freon and that the system needs replacing. Offered to sell me a $14,000 system after his scare tactic. Got a second opinion, which only cost me $59 to find out that the filter was very dirty and needed replacing. There was no leak and no freon loss.

John & Chris were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and ready to efficiently solve problems & issues. Greatly appreciate their services.

Quick response time , water leak at pressure relief valve AFTER the meter so I needed it fixed ASAP , pricing seemed a bit high overall but I couldn't wait , water bill would have outpaced the the quickly

Every six months they send a tech to do acheck up and they let us know if everything is okay with out AC heating unit. We'd been with Bacon a couple years, and everything was pretty routine up until they sent the tech in December. This tech told me a bunch of lies, including that my unit wasn't working properly, and that it was cover in MOLD! He then tried to pressure me into getting EXPENSIVE work done. I questioned him as to why, that if it was in such horrible shape, none of the previous techs had ever said anything about this before. He told me he was not sure, that NONE of them had left notes. I then called Bacon and asked to speak with a Supervisor, I then told the supervisor my concerns, and he said that this tech did everything correctly, which then I told him than if this tech is not lying, then all the previous techs were. His response to me was that there were notes in the system by previous techs tell me the same thing. I told him that this was untrue and that usually at the end of all visits the techs email a review of all that was done and all that is needed, but since nothing was ever important that I'd delete the emails. I told him to re email me all these reports, to prove what he is saying because I know he's lying, I know these reports ARE kept in my file (all customers have a file where the history of work and issues are kept) he said he would, it's been a month now and he did not send me anything!!! These people hire thrives and liars, and them defend and protect them!

Update: Well, I'm shocked. After talking with them and trying to bite my tongue and trying my hardest not to totally lose it (maybe I lost it some), they called back today and said that because of all the details I told them as it was originally explained to me that they relented and canceled the membership for me without the penalty. I am totally shocked and my faith in them restored. There are still some good people out there. I appreciate that Bacon and Malinda for going the extra mile. In any case, be aware that YMMV when it comes to cancelation so be mindful when you enter into that agreement. Again, many thanks Bacon and Malinda for being so kind.

Welp, of course nothing is free in this world. It looks like the ""free"" membership for the plumber to get a lower price comes with a hidden $15.95 a month (or whatever it will be) contract charge for a year that you can't get out of. So, there's $200 more for the plumber. Ugg. Looks like it's difficult to cancel too. So... I don't recommend Bacon plumbing at all now. I figured that membership would be trouble. I should have read the fine print. Let that be a lesson to ya! Anyway, they did fix the plumbing so I don't totally hate them but the price was super nose-bleed high but it was super cold so I bit the bullet. I just didn't expect them to kick me while I was down too.

I had an excellent experience with Chance, Nate, and Dawson while installing a new water heater. They went out of their way to explain everything that they were doing, and the finished job was perfection.

Their drivers are the worst on the road! Beware you'll get cut off and then break checked.

I called Bacon to install a toilet. Lowes charges $318 to install. Technician was nice person. Bacon came out and wanted $497 for the job. Technician also said there is probably flange work that needed to be done. He said it could cost nearly $1500 to repair and install toilet. This is outrageous pricing. Also, technician came out late in the afternoon and I was not told during the day when he may arrive. I was also charged $39 travel fee for having a technician come out. When I placed the service call, I asked for a range quote and Bacon said that the technician would need need to give me the quote when he arrived. That's a good way for Bacon to guarantee getting $39. Also, the technician stated he didn't have the tools to do the flange work and that Bacon didn't provide the tools. Also Technician stated he didn't have a flange in his company van. That's very strange. Bacon Plumbing did come through and refund my $39. Thank You. I was able to get my toilet installed for $180 plus parts $20 for $200 total by a plumbing company. There were no flange issues.

Bacon came out on a weekend when we had a possible foundation leak. They did an excellent job showing up, following up and the the quality of work was excellent. I was really impressed with the old-school honor when they kept to the original bid when the job became more complicated that originally thought. Thank you Colby, Gabriel, and especially Tyler for the fantastic service. Now we wouldn't dream of using anyone else!! Great Plumber!!!

I had Bacon out to my home to fix some damage from a couple of years ago I'm 72 years old and I don't ever remember ever being tag-t like I was done from Bacon . I was quoted $1,700.00 I gave in and said ok before leaving that day I had to pay that days charges knowing they would get to my house first thing next day they set in my drive and ask for $2,400.00 mor. now the bill went from $1700 to $3000.00 we settle up and then I'm told of a drain leak in the bathroom did I want them to fix it. I said NO Bacon called and I told them it looked more like embezzlement then doing a job of course the lady insisted that was not the case and she would have the Boss call and we go from there. for the record I was never called back and now they are off the hook , if Bacon is the only one I can call for help, I will burn my house to the ground unless they want to Stop bye and bring a match or never ever come back to MY home because it's still mine!!! Bacon plumbing you can stuff it!
