Company Overview

In 1974, Clyde Ognio and Marion Bennett established B and O Electric Company. The early work of the company involved church and school projects. In the late 1970s, Marion Bennett accepted a position with General Motors, leading to his departure from the company. On March 22, 1984, B and O Electric Company was incorporated in Georgia as B and O Electric Company Inc. As we expanded, we realized our interest leaned more towards industrial projects than our previous work. We had the expertise and the team, so we pursued this direction and soon began working on controls for food processing plants. We have worked on control systems for various applications, including dry material storage, conveying, dough thickness, packaging, and conveyor controls. To achieve these systems, we employed tools such as programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, and soft starters.
