I was very impressed with the company and with Bill Henry, the owner. When I called and left a message the first time, someone returned my call within 15 minutes. She scheduled an estimate. I had to wait a few weeks for Bill to come out to see what needed to be done and give me an estimate. His friendly help, the estimate (high and low depending on how the job went) and the subsequent work to install equipment needed for installation of air conditioning were well worth the wait. Bill gave me advice and even initiated an internet search to help me find a light fixture similar to one that couldn't be repaired. He was available to answer all my email questions and he responded quickly. The morning of the scheduled work, Bill came over and introduced me to the 2 electricians who would do the work. They were polite, worked clean, and did a great job. Bill contacted me afterwards to see if I was pleased with his crew and the work that was done. And the final cost was lower than expected! I will use Bill's Quality Electric again as I received quality service and am recommending it to my friends.

I am extremely happy with the electric work Bills crew completed. I had recessed lighting installed throughout my house along with multiple fixtures and fans. They were punctual, detail oriented and communicated with me during the entire process. It came out better than I imagined. Everyone was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. We called Bill Henry to get some wires ran through our wall and new electrical outlets in order to hang a TV above our fireplace. Bill initially came to check out the job to give us a quote. He was prompt in providing us with the quote and was able to set up a day to come out the following week due to another cancelation. Bill offered to start the day really early in order to make sure they would be finished before I needed to leave for work. On the day of, Bill arrived right on time with two of his employees, Chris and Vicente. He got them started on the job and left them to complete the work. Chris and Vicente we're both so nice and incredibly professional. They checked in with me throughout the project to make sure I was ok with the next steps and where they would be placing all of the outlets. They finished by hanging our mount and TV for us exactly how we wanted it. They wiped everything down and cleaned up really well when they were all finished. We're so happy with the work and would 100% call them again for anything else we might need.

We had a great experience with B Henry's today. We needed some lights replaced. We also had them install a fan and installed a light switch. Vincente and Chris were great and the job was done timely. They were great with being sensitive we were owners of a dog, making sure the gate was OK to open. I would use them again.

B. Henry's Quality Electric provides top of the line service. Bill and his crew are the best. We built a new home from scratch and out of all the ""subs"", they were the best to work with by far. They even handled our solar system installation and activation. Bill is honest, fair, prompt and provides an excellent service. He always has dog biscuits in his pocket for the puppy too!

He not only spent a lot of time considering the ""impossible"" work we desired, but came up with several workable options to work around the problem at an affordable cost.
