Normally I try to limit writing reviews but in this case I think it will be valuable to people since electrical work isn't like getting dinner somewhere. Bill cares about the work, following code requirements and being on time. We had a large room remodeled with lots of electrical changes / updates, he and his crew took care of it all. He's matter of fact and knowledgeable, with excellent follow up.

We recently worked with B. Henry's Quality Electric to upgrade our electric service with a solar ready panel, install an EV Level 2 charging outlet, and replace halogen task lights in our kitchen.

Bill and his team worked directly with PGE so the entire process was seamless, including helping us navigate necessary tree work to get PG&E approval. They also handled getting the building permit and inspection process. Bill and his team were responsive, working efficiently and on budget. A special shout out to his workers Chris and Nathan, excellent tradespeople who also were patient with our 11-month old puppy. Since our house was built in 1940 with knob and tube wiring, the inspector wanted some adjustments made that would have been expensive but Chris came up with an elegant solution to address it saving time and money while addressing the inspector's requirements.

We are considering installing solar panels now and B. Henry and his team are our top choice for this or any of our electric needs.

We hired Bill to install a new wire in bathroom to be used for our new commode. It involved fishing a wire and running it through my cabinets. Chris and Nathan completed the work.
Bill is a good person and very easy to label him a good electrician. What I wanted to comment on were the men who performed the work. Bill discussed the details with Chris and Nathan before the young men completed the job. They were considerate of my home and kind to my husband (recovering stroke patient.) Very focused on completing the job and worked as a team.A true pleasure to have them performing the work.

They did one last gesture. Chris and Nathan saw my 3 gallon water jugs outside and before driving off they carried them up my stairs. A small kindness but so special for me. Kind people are rare but doing something for some one without being asked speaks volumes.

We had a split in our electrical conduit at our meter blocking our progress on our solar project. Then a last minute additional issue cropped up when our 15 amp breaker stopped working for our electric car charger. B Henry came out and fixed our breaker in minutes while his crew - Chris and Vicente spent the day in the rain and mud digging up our underground electrical service and reattaching the split conduit. They were able to complete the work in a day despite delays In scheduling caused by complications coordinating with PG&E. They set posts in concrete and stabilized our meter to ensure we will pass safety checks when we finally get our solar panels installed next week! Thanks B Henry!

Bill Henry, once again, went the extra 1000 miles for me, with no direct benefit to his company, to help me out when my generator transfer panel completely burned up, rendering it dead as a door nail.
I called Bill for help, along with Costco where I purchased the generator, and within 10 days Bill had a fantastic colleague out to my home who completed all the work, replaced the panel, and got everything fixed for me! In that same time frame, I received two useless calls and emails from Costco support staff that accomplished...nothing towards fixing this issue.
Bill genuinely cares about all of his customers, big ticket or small (me) and will bend over backwards to respond and fix the problem. The best electrician, ever! And a great, honest, kind person.

Bill and his team did a great job installing an interlock and inlet for a generator and 220 car charger. Best of all, they were very straight forward to deal with. No doubt who I will call next time I need an electrician.

It's freezing out and our furnace refused to turn on. And it's a Saturday. And our regular electric guy is not answering his phone (it's a week before Christmas). Bill Henry saved the day, within a couple hours came out on a Saturday and got our furnace electric sorted. 100% great job. Bill is da guy!
