Fantastic work, Bill and his sidekick Ryan helped us with a new 40a 240v setup for an EV hardwired wall mount charger. They worked hard, fast, and accurate. Bill gave me a quote from a low range to a high range depending on the time it took. He said if done in 1.5 hours, it will be the low range, and also he said the high range is the highest it will be. Bill and Ryan did the job real quick and spent extra time cleaning up very neatly afterwards. Bill gave me his quote at the low range and had actually spent probably an extra hour making sure it worked properly, adjusting the system, cleaning, and even mounting back my Dyson vacuum onto the wall.

Today Bill answered a call for help when our upstairs bathrooms power went out. He was able to identify the issue over a lengthy conversation and was able to walk me through troubleshooting it. We had power back in less than 5 minutes. He was a godsend today, especially since we have baby products that require our outlets up stairs. We have another appointment with him to help resolve other issues, and we are excited to get it all fixed by Bill. He knows his stuff.

Bill is very responsible; he worked with our schedule in making a home visit to evaluate our request for establishment of home spa electrical connection. He was knowledgeable about electrical set up that existed at our house and how to best adapt in accommodating a home spa connection for our specific hot tub model. It was easy to communicate with him by email and text (and phone when needed) to provide electrical requirements and manage schedule for estimate and work visits. Bill's estimate was reasonable and met our expectattions. He was able to schedule the work within our timeline. His electricians arrived timely (actually ahead of schedule!) and were very professional, friendly and efficient. Work was top notch and home spa set up was very stream-lined in presentation with on/off connection being very solid and easy to turn on with safe shut off if needed. Electricians left the work area clean after job completion and double-checked the operation; they even offered to fill spa to check operation - this was not required, yet we appreciated the follow up effort to confirm set up was in order. Bill invoiced via mail post work with complete receipts of work performed and equipment purchased at local hardware store to support job. We enjoyed working with Bill and his electricians - we are very pleased with quality of work and professional communications - we would definitely contract with Bill again should we have other electrical projects - he really knows electrical requirements and how to accomplish the work for a safe and effective set up - Thanks Bill!!

My husband found B Henry when we were told we needed electrician for a breaker issue in order to get our dryer fixed. Bill gave my husband an instruction to try out first and it worked! This immediately gave me the sense of an honest person I would for sure use in the future. I then called him up in to repair/replace an issue we were having with our entry way light and to replace the light fixture in our dining room. His team is awesome and I'm going to contact him to have other items replaced ASAP! I have full confidence in B Henry not only in their work but in their business practice.

""Bill explained everything in laymen's terms so that it was easy to understand and kept great communication throughout the whole project. Howie and his crew did a very clean institution of my new panel. I couldn't be more happy with the whole process, I have more work to be done In the future and Bill Henry is my go to electrician!
