We have used many contractors over our many years of owning homes - some good and some not so good - B Henry's is definitely one of the good ones! We recently moved to Petaluma and used B Henry's Electric for overhead lighting in every room, plus to install our TV and hide the wires - everything from the estimate (low and max amounts) to the work done was smooth! Communication, written estimate, the work done, the final bill - seriously it all went smoothly! The workers cleaned up every day, showed up on time and worked throughout the time here - job was done timely and everything works great. Would definitely recommend and will use B Henry's for any future electric work we need.

The guys at B Henry Electric were fantastic. Bill came out and assessed the situation then sent his guys to do the job. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Bill followed up and even called PG&E to let them know what was going on. PG&E immediately responded and took care of their end of the problem, even after I had already tried. He knows the right things to say to them. Bill came to my house again and text me several times, since the issue is a little more elaborate.
I highly recommend the guys at B Henry.
Funny that I got his number from my neighbor, but I had already noticed his truck going down the freeway and was intending on calling. It was just meant to be.

If you're looking for an electrician, you really don't have to look further.
Almost 8 yrs ago when I bought my house, the home report recommended the electric panel be replaced. I spent all my money getting the house, so I put it on the back burner. Well a circuit went bad, I called Henry's for an estimate. Bill came out, not only gave me an estimate, but spent at least 1.5 hrs checking some outlets and light fixtures. I was so impressed, I accepted the bid (very reasonable). Once he coordinated with PG&E, Aaron and Patrick came out and installed the new panel. I was super impressed with how everything was put back together and how clean it was. I worked for a General Contractor for 12 years doing re-mods, repairs etc., and not easy to please.

Bill Henry's Electrical Service is outstanding. He is highly professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Bill arrived promptly, surveyed the job, and put his quote in writing via email. We accepted his bid and his workers started within a couple of days. They worked nonstop to complete the job in one day. The crew consisted of 2 electricians, both of which were extremely kind, professional, and experts. It's rare for us to write a review but this company's outstanding work ethics deserves a notice of praise. I would highly recommend them.

Bill did a full evaluation of our electrical panel, and it did not need replacement. I appreciated his honesty as I would not have known any better if he had said it needed to be replaced. He also replaced several items including a doorbell and a light switch that was intermittently non-functional. His price was fair, and we were happy with his work.
