It's freezing out and our furnace refused to turn on. And it's a Saturday. And our regular electric guy is not answering his phone (it's a week before Christmas). Bill Henry saved the day, within a couple hours came out on a Saturday and got our furnace electric sorted. 100% great job. Bill is da guy!

Bill and his team were a pleasure to work with. We did a major yard renovation including a new carport with a pool equipment room and a storage room attached. Bill had great advice and helped us save money where appropriate. They upgraded our main panel, installed a new sub-panel, ran all the wiring for lights, outlets and a car charger. 5 stars once again !!
Between my last review in 2019 and now, we have reached out to Bill quite a few times for some small projects. We are pleased every time! This last month, we moved to a new location and we reached out to Bill with a whole lot of upgrade plans: new outlets, making the house ready for HVAC, new wiring, etc. And part of the project was time-sensitive. Bill is super busy, always! But he carved out time for our project and got everything done with supreme efficiency. Because of the time constraints, he squeezed us in for two separate appointments - one project done efficiently with Chris and Vicente and the second project was done with Christian and Nathan- all four of them did an excellent job. One thing for sure, I'll never look for another electrician. We highly recommend this company. Thank you, Bill.

First of all, Bill Henry is a big RUSH fan, so right away when you see that his phone number ends with ""2112"" you know already you're dealing with a smart man.

Bill Henry Electric exceeded our expectations. Bill is extremely busy and has a calendar that's booked about 2 months out, but there's a reason ; they are THE BEST. If you want it done right, it's worth the wait.

The dream team of Chris and Vicente had a big job ahead of them and made it look easy. I mean they tackled every job with a plan in mind that if I had to do it, I wouldn't know where or how to even start to approach it. This was a 5 day job that was to rewire the outdated circuit panels to a downtown Petaluma triplex. Every outlet was replaced and upgraded, many new lines were added. New lines were added to add additional lights, and outlets in places that needed them like the basement, yard, and carport. Also a ceiling fan was replaced, and new closet lights were added. It was A LOT of work. Over 30 outlets, new wiring, the whole deal.

Chris and Vicente (and Bill !!) are all very personable, and Bill is paying for their schooling, as well ! How cool is that ? Bill invests in his employees because you are only as good as your employees, and they are only as good as the management, so it's a win win and in the end the customer wins, so everyone wins !

I would not hesitate for one second to call them again or recommend them. I'm sure my parents will need work done in the future.

5 Stars again! Third project with B Henry and his team always comes through! I was not expecting Bill to come out but he arrived with his team Vicente and Chris and introduced me to them both. Bill explained the work to be done just to be sure it matched our previous conversations in case things had changed which I appreciated. (no pressure at all, just reassuring his customer) Chris and Vicente installed an electric dryer hookup in our garage along with another outlet for the washer quickly and left the space cleaner than when they arrived.

I have a very old house which was built by the owner. As a result the electric was needing an upgrade. Also my walls were exceptionally difficult to get wire through (excess wood and transfers that had to be drilled through). Chris and Vicente worked tirelessly to still get the job done. They were courteous and timely. The work was perfect and Bill did regular checkups to make sure my wife and I were happy and to answer any questions we may have. This is the SECOND house I have had Bill to do. Both houses have perfect electric and the customer support remained stellar for both jobs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
