Company Overview

Although we handle almost any project, AW Contracting focuses on restoring and fixing older residences.

Starting part-time, I renovated a modest supermarket and a handful of apartments in New Orleans. Within twelve months, I shifted to full-time work on diverse commercial and residential projects. After relocating to Texas in late 2005, I broadened my services to include plumbing and electrical work. I dedicated several years to projects in homes and businesses all over southern and Central Texas. In 2021, I relocated to Mississippi to improve my family’s quality of life and am now rebuilding my company.

Ever since I was young, inspired by This Old House and similar programs on weekends, my passion for building and renovating homes has been constant. During my teenage and young adult years, I worked in various trades to gain hands-on experience. Each summer, I focused on constructing fences, decks, roofs, floors, and siding. Alongside practical work, I obtained certificates and degrees in locksmithing, plumbing, and electrical fields. I have experience with both new builds and renovations in residential and commercial settings. Projects range from schools and restaurants to leased units and historic residences. I am skilled in almost all trades and will be upfront if I need to consult or hire a specialist. Customer satisfaction is my priority in all work I perform.
