Company Overview

While we tackle a wide range of jobs, AW Contracting specializes in restoring and fixing vintage homes.

Starting part-time, I renovated a modest supermarket and a handful of apartments in New Orleans. Within twelve months, I shifted to full-time work on diverse commercial and residential projects. When I moved to Texas during autumn 2005, I expanded my offerings to plumbing and electrical trades. For years, I worked on residential and commercial properties across southern and Central Texas. Since moving to Mississippi in 2021 for a better family environment, I have been rebuilding my business.

Ever since I was young, inspired by This Old House and similar programs on weekends, I have always dreamed of constructing and renovating homes. As a teen and young adult, I gained experience across multiple trades. Each summer, I focused on constructing fences, decks, roofs, floors, and siding. I pursued formal education, earning credentials in locksmithing, plumbing, and electrical work. I have worked on new and existing residential and commercial projects. My portfolio includes schools, restaurants, leased spaces, historic homes, and more. If a task is outside my skill set, I will let you know or bring in someone who can handle it. I am committed to ensuring my customers are satisfied with every job I undertake.
