I worked with Avalon to have them complete repairs on my vintage trailer. From the first contact, Adam and Josh were helpful and professional and the guys in the back greeted me each time I came in. I felt like I was treated like a valued friend from start to finish. They did an excellent job on the repairs, and they communicated with me all through the process to keep me informed. Avalon even found and worked with a fabricator to create a part that was no longer available anywhere.

As a result of my experience with Avalon, I have referred two friends for trailer repairs as well. I'm grateful to have Avalon available in the Bay Area.

Was looking for company to do some solar upgrades, electrical work and cabinet work on my grand design travel trailer. After reaching out to a few companies and getting no call back, I found Avalon RV. How lucky was I. I had a great experience. Prompt response, quick turnaround , reasonable and clear pricing and more than anything else, amazing customer service. Adam spent lots of time with me explaining my options and really trying to understand what I wanted and gave me suggestions. They provided clear videos they produce to show how the components I got work.

Adam and Josh are outstanding. These guys are so skilled and knowledgeable that it was literally worth an 1173 mile roundtrip to bring my Sprinter to them.

Several RV service centers I had tried did not have the tools, equipment, or experience to handle lithium ion upgrades. These guys do.

Ridiculous , brought in my rig for some easy repairs, what I got was lights no longer working (even though I did not bring it in for that), ripped roof that was once immaculate now needing repair tape (after a bad roof attachment install) and a ridiculous bill to boot. Still licking my wounds.

Adam was amazing!! I had been dealing with a janky connection from my roof solar panels to the solar controller. I went another unnamed shop and they tried half baked fixes like c-clamps, strong beige tape, tapping on wires, etc lol. I would leave the shop and come home and it would not work again. Adam and team did a real fix! Plus they were able to do it so quickly. Many thanks and am so glad I found them. Any future electrical upgrades and I will be calling them before anyone.

Adam and the team are gods when it comes to the electrical/solar stuff. I had a makeshift (DIY by previous owner) 500W solar setup that had so many small issues I couldn't count them on my fingers. They went through the system fixing them as they went and now my electrical system is working perfectly. If I ever have another issue I'll be back here for sure because their ability to troubleshoot on a system that they didn't even install was impressive to say the least.

Adam and his team did an awesome job frabicating a new table, testing and fixing a variety of plumbing and electrical issues on my 66 Caravel. Very happy with the work, throughly recommend.
