Brandon was the electrician who came to fix an issue we've been dragging because of the pandemic. Not only he was efficient and did a fantastic job, but at all times he had a heavy duty mask, gloves and protective boot covers on. Honestly, had I known all this, I would have asked for the service to be done much earlier. Thank you!

I don't usually write reviews but the owner and his entire team went so far above the norm that I would be remiss if I did not share my experience. I left a message on Memorial Day not expecting to hear from anyone until the following day. Not only did I hear back in about 10 minutes - it was from the owner! He answered my questions and the following morning his dispatcher called before I had my first cup of coffee to schedule my appointment. Just like the owner explained would happen his electricians called before the appointment and showed up on time. The electricians were very personable yet professional and they completed the work in about 15 minutes. I used Texas Electrical Services at my business several years ago which is why I reached out to them for my home. I just remember they had the best price and they did outstanding work! I highly recommend this company for residential or commercial work!
PS - the owner is a Navy veteran!

Thanks for getting Kennan here today. He was able to get everything done and I'm back to normal with no cables running down the stairs and out the window...plus, I've got a Ring light monitoring my back yard. Kennan was SUPER knowledgeable and could have easily padded the bill by doing things differently, but he didn't. Power outlets on our porch were not working and this company was the first to reply (in less than 24 hours) and was onsite within a day. Their rate was transparent in the sense that it was a certain amount per hour plus materials. They also correctly estimated the time it would take to diagnose the system issue which was less than 45 minutes. Actually took them closer to 10-15 minutes to solve the problem and then they spent time explaining things. Kind crew who wore masks and patient with my questions.

Stephen and the team at Texas Electrical Services are fantastic. The response time is very fast, with great internal customer support. The team always shows up on time as scheduled (with a call in advance while on the way).

Their work on-site is outstanding - exhibiting a clear understanding of city codes, issues related to new vs old construction, and making sure the resulting work is of the highest quality possible. They also make sure to explain the various options available so that the customer understands the process and can then make the best informed decision on the fix. Their prices are also incredibly fair - with transparency on what each specific charge relates back to on the completed work.

We have used them for several jobs over the past several years and have since recommended these guys to several of our friends. You will simply not find a better electrical company for your residential needs in the greater Austin area.

I had a few outlets go dead. I thought for sure that a GFCI button needed to be reset but all the ones I found were OK. I was a bit embarrassed to call an electrician but figured I had to. I researched local electricians and then called Texas Electrical Services. The electrician I spoke with was great, agreed with me, and told me where to look for the mystery GFCI outlet that had been tripped. It was right where he said it would be. Problem fixed. I love that kind of service and will go to them again.

I am throughly impressed with the responsiveness, level of expertise and affordability/fair pricing of Texas Electrical Svcs. The two gentleman that came out were polite and professional. We had a chandelier on our stairwell (we thought it'd be an issue as another co. implied it'd be difficult since the landing has a a turn making it split-leveled) as well as two bathroom vanity fixtures that we were upgrading. They were very efficient, completing all three in about an hour and cleaning up when finished. That's taking into account that there was some splicing that needed to be done since our chandelier used to hang in our entryway (flush mounted). I will definitely use them should anything else arise and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone.
