This was the second time that I've used TES in the past couple of years. Both times the work was guys arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and completed the work with skill and attention to detail, at a very reasonable price.

Let me add that I made the mistake this most-recent time to call out ABC Home Services first, because I was pressed for time with company coming. ABC completely misdiagnosed the problem and left me without fixing anything. I should also add that this was a repair to what turned out to be shoddy work by Fox Services done a few years back. The guys from Texas Electrical not only fixed the problem, but weren't satisfied until they had completely straightened out all any potential future issues.

I called to set up an appointment to install some outlets and check out some faulty wiring that my builder had done. Casey set us up for a quick and free estimate.

I was surprised that when Texas Electrical Services got to my residence they put on the shoe ""booties"" to protect the floor from their shoes. I do not have a fancy house or fancy floors, but it was a nice professional touch.

The estimate was reasonable, so we proceeded with the work. The guys that did the installation were professional and fast. They were friendly and made sure I was satisfied before they left. In the end my invoice came out to less than the estimate due to some on the job adjustments they were able to do to save some time and money.

I am very satisfied with Texas Electrical Services. I can tell that they are local people that enjoy what they do. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

If you need someone you can trust, has flat out expertise, is the best in professionalism and sends multiple different techs with equal skill and integrity, Stephen Provencio and Texas Electrical are THE guys to call. I've used them for at least a dozen things in 6 years and they haven't changed a bit as they've gotten more successful. Awesome company

In short, 5 stars is appropriate. Steve is a class act. Punctual, professional, and does what he says he's going to do.

In greater detail, Steve and Texas Electrical Services came to our rescue when another electrical company left us to dry, and didn't do their job correctly. We had a tough time finding someone patient enough to help us with our problem, and Texas Electrical Services was borderline a godsend. Steve came in and not only explained step by step what we needed to do, but also got us in contact with the city inspectors to help us cut through red tape. He did not JUST get us in touch with city inspectors, but also emailed them multiple times and gave us phone numbers for the appropriate parties to contact. I can't thank them enough and it is good to know that good people are out there doing good jobs, especially after what we have been through. See my other reviews for the nightmare we went through with Genesis Electrical prior to Texas Electrical saving us.

Amazing service and super helpful. I needed a rv hookup set up asp to house some family who had evacuated from Hurricane Harvey. I called around and Texas Electrical came out the same day and fixed my problem immediately. They charged me a 1/3 of the other quote I received and the service men were polite and on time. Very impressed and will call them again when I need help.

I can't review the services because I never got any. I reached out 28 days ago to see about getting several grounded outlets installed. I received an immediate response asking for my contact info and that the office manager would coordinate the scheduling. Since that time I have heard nothing. Received no email. Had no phone call. Nothing. I have also contacted TES several times since and haven't heard anything. I know the reviews were great. But, I wanted to share the communication difficulty I have had with them. I will have to try another company since I can't seem to get any response from them.

I received a call from the office manager to schedule a time to come out and install an outlet and replace several old non-grounded outlets with grounded ones. She apologized for my situation slipping through the cracks and couldn't have been nicer! Even offered a discount to compensate for my difficulty on getting service. Impressed with the honesty and transparency! I'm on the schedule for next week (she was willing to do a 7 am appt to work with my schedule as well so I chose next week). I can see now why they were rated as highly as they are. Things happen and I'm impressed with how they approached the situation to make it right. Looking forward to having my outlets installed so that I can finally have my home office set up. Often the real character of a person/organization is seen when there has been a mistake or challenge and they've shown to me that they're going to do right by their customers.

We purchased a house recently and in the inspection report needed some electrical work done. These guys were able to look at the report, go through the repairs I wanted, and provide an estimate online w/o having to come to the property. I find that very helpful rather than having people come out to make an estimate. Saves people time from having to take even more time off from work.

The general repairs included repairing electrical components for gas line so its properly bonded and to change out an AC breaker. They ran the new bonded wire by discussing routing paths and told me which paths may be cheaper or more expensive. When they dug the new path near the foundation, they did an extremely good job that I couldn't even tell there were wires underneath.

While they were doing the work, there were some inside light switches I wanted them to check even though this wasn't part of the original estimate. Jeff took the time to trouble shoot the switch issue. Meanwhile as he was checking indoor and outdoor electrical paths, he wore booties and took them off when outside, thus keeping the inside of the house clean.

These guys are very professional and I highly recommend them!
