Jim has come to my home a couple of times in the past to do small jobs, and I found him to be easy to work with and reasonably priced, so when it came time to do more extensive projects, Jim was at the top of my list. Since Jim charges by the hour (not the project), I knew the cost of my project would be considerably less than if I had gone with another contractor. Jim recently did a kitchen project, and I'm totally thrilled with the results! The project took less time than his original estimate, so the cost was less than expected. I definitely got a lot of bang for the buck! Another bonus was how clean things were when Jim left - I was very impressed. I highly recommend Jim, and in fact, he'll be returning to my home in a couple of weeks to do another project. He's great!

Jim (and crew) can do almost anything! Plumbing, fixtures, sub-basement, carpentry, new walls, drywall, heating, window installation. Complete remodel, etc.... He is a great guy, super honest, and highly recommended :)

Jim has helped us several times over the past few years. The most recent was with a water heater replacement. He made time to help us in his busy schedule. He met me at the hardware store with his assistant, had everything he needed picked out, and brought the water heater to my home in his truck. The replacement went super fast and my water is hotter than ever as the old heater had some hard water build up and lacked in modern efficiency. I highly recommend Jim for any of your home repair or remodel needs. Not only is he highly skilled, he has all the right tools in his rig, and is a very nice person.

Yawn....yet another 5-star review for his collection. Jim showed up on-time and very quickly found and repaired our outside electrical problem. Quick, friendly, took time to explain to us what he did, and charged a very reasonable fee. Usually have to wait for an opening but well worth the wait.

Jim installed extra wood runners in our subfloor to strengthen it. Really tough work & they were amazing. He diagnosed the problem & had a wonderful fix. We use him for Ring Light Install, plumbing & various projects. Great work!

This guy saved the day! It was 7:30 at night and no one would come out. It's hard to fined a reliable handyman these days. Especially at this time of the night. Jim was courteous, and ready to help. He was here in less then thirty minutes. Ready to save my tv! I had to have it fixed before morning. I couldn't leave and have it possibly fall and hurt my dog. Jim is my new go to for this kind of work. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Jim is an awesome contractor to work with. He did multiple projects for us over the last year and half including fan installation, ceiling lights, vent hood, outdoor gate , picket fence and a couple of garage fixtures. He also did a 240v electric outlet for our EV. He also suggests better DIY's whenever there is a possibility. I look forward to work with him.

Jim is incredible. Professional, dedicated and reliable . We are so happy with our Mr Cool mini-split heat pump SEER 22 . It cools in summer and heats in winter. Today for the first time in the 12 yrs we have lived in our home, we had Mr cool chilling our place down to 78 . On hot days we never dared turn on the old mega AC because PG&E would be calling with glee about how we can finance our next bill because it's more than the cost our our mortgage ! Now we can sit in our home , relaxing as the really cold air flows around the rooms and not dread the coming bill. I never knew one small unit could cool so many rooms and be so efficient . This is incredible. Thanks Jim! More pics to come when I can step outside without doing a fire walk .
