Jim, was great! He tried to help us for free on the phone, after realizing it was more than that He made time after work hours the same day to help us out. Doing this even though We had not used him before, he arrived at the time he said he would, was pleasant, got right to work, cleaned and tightened everything to insure we had good electrical connections, figured out the problem, fixed it, made sure we were happy then gave us an amazingly great price.
I highly recommend him and know he will do a great job! We called another place and they said $500 just to show up, not including parts, his charge was under 100$ total!

Jim did a wonderful job putting wood in my garage rafters for more storage space. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He also looked at other items in my house and made some recommendations. I highly recommend Jim and will contact him again for future projects.

I am actually very hesitant to write a review for Jim because he is so awesome and I fear that all these great reviews will just make him more busy and less available. But thank goodness it has not yet become an issue. :)
Seriously Jim can do it all. We had him do electrical work and install ceiling lights in our bedrooms. Jim cut down a wall and re-framed it for a countertop project. He also did plumbing, installing a new faucet and re-doing the layout of some pipes. Jim even did some demo work and haul it away for us.
And the cost for his work is more than fair. I had obtained quotes from other folks, for the work he did and Jim was always lower even after I tipped him.
Jim is a real nice guy and I expect that he will become a household fixture as I expect to use his service again and again. I wonder if I can put him on permanent retainer. hmmmm.

Jim was great. Called him to install a new kitchen garbage disposal for us. He was able to come within a few days and had the job done in less than an hour and was VERY reasonably priced. He was VERY kind, polite, and a local, family man. He was also very knowledgable! He even looked around the kitchen and gave advice on a few things that haven't been working right for a long time, but I've just come to live with. On his way out, he noticed our front door was sticking (something else we've just gotten used too), and he fixed that!! He did it just out of kindness and because that's what he LIKES to do! I was SO thankful.
I will certainly be calling Jim again for any fix-it needs! I may even call him to just come have a look around the house and fix up whatever he finds! Professional and kind, and quick! What more can you ask for? I highly recommend Jim!!

Oh and I found it great that Jim takes calls in the evenings. He working during the day and is very busy, so he takes calls and does scheduling at night. I think that's amazing that he will take out time with his family to make sure he gets back to you. Great service.

This guy is great!! Super nice, fast appointment time, showed up early, worked quickly and gave me some good advice. I know who I'll recommend when peeps ask me for a great handyman. (Should be known that he did multiple jobs in one appointment and did fantastic work)

Jim is true gem. He responded fast to our call, and gave an extremely fair estimate. He showed up very promptly, and completed the electrical box removal, and added an electrical box in attic hung a new ceiling light in another location very fast and did a wonderful job. He even mentioned other wiring issues in our attic that he spotted as soon as he entered our attic. We had other estimates and he had the best price and is courteous and very professional. We will use him again and couldn't give him a higher recommendation. We are you will be pleased with him and his expertise.

Asked Jim to install our dishwasher on short notice. He came over in the evening after another job and did excellent, professional work. I would recommend Jim for any handyman or construction-related projects you need done. And he is reasonably priced, too.

Jim provided excellent, efficient and friendly service! He showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the task in the time frame he estimated. His price was reasonable and fair. He even delightfully interacted with my pup and daughter, which I always worry can be distracting or annoying to people working in our home.

Jim diagnosed the issue very quickly and ran out for the correct piece and fixed with no issues at all. Our faucet is no longer running and works like a charm! We will definitely be contacting Jim for all future tasks around the house!

Also note - three other places contacted that advertise similar services suggested I contact a plumber for the fix that Jim did so easy. That would have been far more costly and unnecessary! I'm thankful Jim was confident in his abilities when he responded to us.
