Jim was amazing!! He came within 2 days, worked around my schedule and was early! A previous plumber/electrician quoted me 1,500 dollars for the job and said it would take him 3 trips. Jim came out and quoted me 140 dollars and had all of the supplies with him! He only charged me 20 for parts and was finished within an hour. He also explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

After years of having a new hot water heater sound like it explodes when it lights off, it finally had to be replaced. Jim listened to my story, then suggested a new Whirlpool water heater from Lowes. It's been a week now and I haven't heard a sound from it. Thanks Jim.

At eight in the evening, the power supply for fridge, garage door and some lights in the living room was turning on and off by itself. Called Jim and he came right away and studied the situation. Jim came the same day to replace a toilet that began leaking. We had company and that was a problem to share a single bathroom. He replaced the toilet and was very reasonable with no extra charge for quick service. We will use him again and recommend him highly.

Scene and Experience:

- My parents lived in there home for 32 plus years in Hercules, CA and put there home for Sale

- Before the Lender could fund the loan to the Buyer the Inspector stated my parents needed to correct the Dry Rot outside the Chimney

- Day was Friday and I was literally calling all the Contractors on Yelp to correct this Dry Rot ASAP (tic toc)

- Jim was the ONLY contractor/handyman who squeeze me in his busy schedule aka next day

- I texted images of the Dry Rot, Jim came in the next day with materials needed to fix the issue and took him literally less than a hour to fix the issue. In fact he fixed both exterior sides of the Chimney....

- Fast forward to the day of the inspection and it PASSED (YES).. Photos I placed Before and After (the After photo was not painted as the Inspector wanted to see the work done was correct before we could paint the siding)

In ending ... Jim was easy to talk to, squeeze me in his busy schedule, corrected the issue & more, and was VERY inexpensive........
