During the 1980s, following years facing tough financial conditions in the New England region, the D'Attile family, accompanied by their at that time son Gregg, took the transformative decision of shifting to South Florida.

By 1996, the firm expanded its offerings to include HVAC and indoor air quality, and by 2016, Art Plumbing incorporated electrical services, becoming Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

At present, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric is the premier company for residential and business water systems, HVAC, and electric solutions.

I called Art Plumbing about a leak in my tub on the second floor of our home. The person they sent out cut a hole in the ceiling in order to find the leak. Upon discovering that the fittings were enclosed in concrete, the plumber ""chipped"" away at the concrete. This sent dust everywhere. I had no idea this was going to happen (he said he didnt know either) or I would have covered the furniture and moved my children's toys to another part of the house. I was left to clean up the mess. Anyway, he installed a new shoe and began to tighten as water was still leaking. Then he comes downstairs and tells me that he needs to show me something. According to him, the tub must have been previously damaged and covered up because when he was tightening the gasket? the tub cracked. I never noticed any cracks before, and maybe it was really there, but who knows. Now I have to buy a new tub that will cost me ""thousands."" At the end he left and told me a tech would contact me about replacing the tub. Oh and left the hole wide open in my ceiling. According to a friend who is a GC (I should have called him first) they should have at least covered it with drywall or plywood temporarily until the work could be completed. Overall, I'm not impressed. I have another plumber coming out this week to see if he can determine if the tub was indeed cracked previously or if this new plumber is trying to pass the blame so he won't be on the hook for my new tub.

I blew a circuit breaker in my garage whereas my kitchen lights went out, they sent Kevin Lugo to look at it, beware he first told me the job might be between $500-$1000.00 I complained about the high price. They gave me three quotes, for $225 if I get the part they can install part,,which he never told me which part, 2nd quote for $350 they will fix circuit breaker in garage but won't fix kitchen light switch, go figure that one, and the 3rd was for $558.28 whereas they will fix circuit breaker in garage and kitchen. And a 2 years parts and warranty. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with kitchen lights it was only a 15amp circuit breaker in the garage that blew and that you can buy at Home Depot for ($3.87). And while he was here he also was calling his sister Joann as when he showed up I was trying to change car insurance, telling me she works for insurance. They deserve no stars. Trying to charge me excessive price for a part that only cost ($3.87). They are a ripoff. Do your homework, I'm glad my brother in law came the next morning as he was very upset that company was trying to rip.me off.

Beware of this company! They will rip you off and lie to you! I had some plumbing work done on my home and they needed to cut through a wall to get to the pipes and when they were done they would close the wall back up which I would expect them to since they made the whole to get to the pipes. Now Im told I have to pay extra for them to close it up! They wanted $290 to close up a whole that was 2ft.x1 1/2 ft!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Clearly Im not the only one complaining about this company. I wish I had checked the reviews first I would NEVER had hired them. Dont use them they will LIE to you And rip you off!!!!

Just installed a brand new trane AC four months ago from another AC company. Come home to my garage full of water all over the floor. Called my previous AC company and they never answered!

So I called Art plumbing and they were at my house within 30 minutes, unclogged a pipe that should have been done when I had my new AC installed. My tech Robert was great! Professional, friendly and fast. Even cleaned up the water all over the floor.

Highly recommended! Great piece of mind. Will definitely use again but hopefully will not have to for a long time

Made an appointment, got off work early to be home in time for the plumber and received a call during the window in which he was supposed to show up, telling me they do not service my area. TERRIBLE.

The worst plumbing experience of my life. RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They have no hourly or set rates before you come out. The price by ""the job"" such a vague term to rip you off. But you be the judge. Kevin Oliver came out within an hour to find a leak at my home. I was not given any quotes but told them if it is more than a couple hundred dollars I will deny their service as I have to pay this bill upfront and submit to the insurance. The tech was there for about an hour. Opened up the drywall to find the leak, it was bone dry, heard something out side and found the leak on the exterior wall to the heat recovery unit. He then said he can cap the lines at the hot water heater for $609!!!! I said that's too much how much for the service rendered he said $334! Other plumbing companies charge $125/he for leak detection. I would have gave the $40 service call on that for $165. But $334?!?!? I gave Chuck Boccio one last chance to make the bill right and he was no help and condescending giving vague analogies to the situation. Saying when you go buy a steak and say it's not worth it when the bill comes is that right? The steak has the price on the menu before you order Chuck! This company is horrible, he offered $50 off the first time and then reduced it to $34 because he has no concept of customer service. Well, Chuck. Enjoy your bad review on all platforms.

They over charged is $100.00 and when brought to their attention it was a battle. We requested that the owner call us, however that never happened. We were told by a manager that they would only give us $50.00 back. We then filed a comp, aint with BBB, and they are now lying say we agredd to the $50.00, which is not true. They also lied to BBB and said that they called us and we said we never contacted BBB.

DONT USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

First time I have used Art Plumbing and A/C. Easy to schedule, email confirmation with a photo of the technician assigned, and phone call follow up.

My technician was Kevin Lugo, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again. Super satisfied!!
