High pressure sales tactics. Salesman enjoyed trashing brands he wasn't trying to sell. Salesman also was trashing other work being performed by other contractors saying ""OMG they are doing such a horrible job"" really dude? I didn't ask you here to quote a service outside your companies scope of business. Their prices were drastically higher than anyone. I was pressured to sign right then and there and when I didn't he got a psychic hunch that his boss just approved him to lower the price by $200. Wow geese thanks but your $2k higher than everyone else for a lower rated system. When I questioned that I was explained that Art Plumbing pays all its tech $35/hr and no one is paid under that. They demand quality. As that is great I can't afford to overpay so the company can maintain high pay and high profits. So when I told the salesman I would decide later he went and sat outside for 45mins waiting to hear from me before he left. Instead of calling him I texted that I am choosing another company. Then I received a long message about how horrible any company other than Art was and a photo of preprinted Art propaganda of how the other company was going to do such a horrible job and that they were going to cut corners that Art isn't. And that only Art can do a good job. How do they know what an unknown vendor is going to do? Sure there are some bad apples out there. But Art should welcome competition to drive their business. It's pretty poor and unprofessional for them to trash talk. Sad part was none of the other vendors trash talked them. They only warned that it was going to be high pressure sales tactics and offered to review Arts quote or guide me even if I chose Art or another company over them.

Ultimately that is why I choose a different vendor.

I'm extremely disappointed. After waiting 2 weeks for them to fix a pipe by jackhammering through our bedroom floor and then replacing a toilet, they put in the wrong color toilet and left a dusty mess everywhere. We were assured they would put drop cloths on the furniture, but they did not and now our bed, dressers, nightstands, exercise bike, everything, is covered in concrete dust. I have to wash our bed linens, headboard, throw pillows and all of the furniture. We have allergies and sleep in this room. Completely unacceptable.

Their pricing is insane. Everything they do costs more than twice as much as any other quote we received from other licensed plumbing and electrical contractors.

Absolutely despicable service! Not the first time I call this company to fix something at my house and their ""technician"" who in truth are poor salespeople...their first response is ""wow this is complicated / old / whatever...and the go-to solution is to replace or do the most expensive fix possible. You say, no tks and they leave, just to return after 3 mins saying they called the office and there is a quicker / cheaper fix. Never again.

Spoke to multiple people over a course of multiple days instructed them exactly what needed to take place what the work entailed 52 degrees in the middle of the day an hour before the appointment they call up and they pull a bait and switch. Coil cleaning 399 pull out the coil completely clean it and do a tune-up $399 and when the technician gets to your house he says it's going to be $1,300. So now I've moved around my schedule to accommodate the technician on a Saturday afternoon only to tell him no you quoted me $399. . Bait and switch I had other companies $100 less but I went with the larger company because I thought they were going to be more professional.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM USING THIS COMPANY! They're beyond TERRIBLE!

We wanted to replace our aging water heater in March and were recommended to Art Plumbing, AC & Electric by Home Depot to install a Tankless Water heater. A few days later, a technician responded and provided us a quote including lifetime warranty on the TruTankless Water heater and lifetime warranty on the installation. KEEP READING IT GETS BETTER.

We have entered the new year and over a period of 7 months we have had 3 issues with the installation. As of lately, at approximately 12am on 1/3/2021...the copper piping to the water heater burst resulting in my garage floor completely flooded damaging almost everything!!!!

Most importantly, I've made 4 phone calls to this business and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!!!! 18 hours later, we still have a bursted water pipe and still waiting on a technician.

MORAL OF THE STORY! Don't get caught up with this bad business, terrible customer service and horrible installation of products. Save yourself the headache!

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Do not hire. I had an appointment to come check my water heater that stopped working, I had to wait 2 days for an appointment and then they called to cancel 1 hour before the technician was due to arrive. They then said they couldn't have someone come in for 3 more days, but if I wanted to have some one tomorrow I could but for 3 times the price (they were asking for $199 for the consultation instead of the agreed $59). They are simply taking advantage of my emergency and the fact that after days of no warm water people get desperate. Awful service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They wanted to charge $650 to replace a toilet flange. They then proceeded to charge $382 just to put the toilet seat back on and grout around the base. To add to this, he told me the people that took the toilet off last time incorrectly caulked around the toilet instead of grouting, which they should have done; but it was this exact same company that took the toilet off last time and caulked around it when putting it back on. So we're now having to pay a lot of money to fix something they did incorrectly.

Absolutely ridiculous. One star is being generous. I had Art plumbing come out to my house about 2 years ago because of constant clogs in the pipes under my house. The clog was cleared, but then I was told that my pipes were rusting and damaged. I was told that I might be able to get by for a year or 2 before they completely fail. I was showed a video of a damaged pipe. 2 years later I called out another plumber to fix the damage, he put a camera down the pipes and showed me that they were in perfect condition. Art plumbing quoted me $40K to fix the damage. They are criminals looking to prey on unsuspecting people. Stay clear of Art plumbing!!
