Their prices are just unbelievable. Every quote included the ""service contract"". Called just to get a faucet replaced in bathroom. Low quote was around $300 hight was over $1,300. Said I need to replace shutoff valve. House was built in 2015 to all current codes, why would the shutoff valve need replacing? They worked and were not the problem with the faucet.

Really thought they were going to be a professional company. I think they saw the new house and BMW and decided to try to take advantage of me.

I received three separate quotes for a single job from Art Plumbing and AC for electrical work at my home. The lowest of the three quotes was over 2 times more expensive than their competitors. Competitor 1 (reputable certified electrician) quote - $2,500. Competitor 2 (long established electrical and AC company) quote - $2,600. Art quotes - $5,837.50; $7,280.50; or $8,452.50. Unbelievable.

The individual that came to my home used scare tactics on my wife telling her about homes that caught fire because of similar issues. The representative even tried to sell my wife a generator, an air conditioner and a hot water heater. My wife explained that we had just bought the home and needed to conserve money and that we needed to do the minimum work required to pass inspection.

I called the company to ask them to explain why they were so high, but all they suggested was that I get quotes from competitors. I do not trust this company and will not do business with them.

I have seen several responses from Art implying that competitors offering lower prices aren't as reputable. I feel this company simply price gouges and makes excuses after the fact.

I have been a business owner for many of years I experience the most unbelievable thing today as I referred Art's Plumbing AC and electric to a customer of mine.As they where needing a hot water heater which at the time did not know that ..They arrive from New York and had no hot water Art's Plumbing AC and electric came out and had the gall to charge my customers $1,700 for a $300 part. In all my years of business I have never experienced something that corrupt. I also will be filing with the state of Florida knowing that they gouged my customer. It is really embarrassing as I'm sure my customer must think that I'm getting some type of commission which is not true.People Stay away from this company as they are a total fraud..

Can I give a big ZERO? I made an appointment with this company to have a ceiling light installed. I called in the morning to confirm the appointment time which was between 3-5. Took a day off of work and waited, at 3:06 they called to say they were in miami and needed to reschedule. Besides the fact I was in a time crunch They wanted to come on my weekend. they just told me that's just how this business is. I told her the reason I contacted their company was because they promised professional reliable service. Wasted a day and the women who called acted as though I was being unreasonable. She was apathetic. Avoid this business

My wife called me regarding a quote she received on behalf of her mother from Art Plumbing and A/C. In short, her mother lives in an adult community and relies on her family(Us) for support when it comes to making the right decisions. So, her condensate pump stopped working. A repair that ranges from 175 to 250. Art quoted my mother in law 875.00. Of course I was taken back. The service call was 40.00 which was fine but when I asked the tech for a breakdown part and labor, he had no answer. He actually said the computer spits out a quote based on the problem entered. Wow! After calling another company we were able to get the A/C up and running for $250.00. That's it!!! FYI The company we ended up using is called A/C mechanical. (561) 502-2491 ask for Louis.

This is a horrible company. They do not honor their warranties, the customer service is awful, and they do not fix the problems with the products. I have had an on-going issue with company since August and it is now late November and they still have not fixed my AC unit.
My apartment is hot and they have been unwilling and unable to fix the problem. They have not even reached out to their manufacturer to try to help me get my issue resolved since the problem is apparently beyond the scope of their comprehension. The owner has been contacted and he still has not resolved my issue. I am in the process of filing a suit against this company because they have not honored their warranty. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Be very careful with this business. They quoted me 5,500 to replace two electric tankless water heaters. Replaced, meaning all plumbing and electrical was done. When I asked for a breakdown of what units they were trying to sell me and what was the split between labor and units. I never heard back. I got about another 5 quotes they all ranged between 1300 and 1,600. I bought the units myself paid an installer and it cost me about 1300 for double the power of the units I was quoted for.
I can't believe how many people try to rip you off!

What can I say about Art Plumbing? Oh yes.... Their customer service is deplorable, they sell a crap product, and then they dont stand behind it. Just over 2 years ago I bought a Brand New water heater from Art Plumbing, after my previous one had finally broke after 15yrs. When water started pouring out the side of it last week we called to have it repared. Upon calling them we discovered that they were unsympathetic to our problem and did not want to even attempt to remedy the situation. I couldnt even finish my statement with out the represtative interupting with one excuse or another. They gave us options, as their 1 yr warranty had expired. All of which included me paying out of pocket to fix a faulty product that they installed. As a result of their appalling customer service, and after spending Thousands of dollars at Art plumbing, I am writing this review as a forewarning to anybody thinking of using them as your plumber. DONT. They are over priced, over rated, and under performing.

I am sorry I didn't come to Yelp before calling Art Plumbing! Like others I had Art's come out and look at our toilet they wanted to charge me $283 to change a fill valve in my toilet tank ridiculous! I asked him if he was kidding! The part costs $15 at home depot and took 15 minutes to replace. The service call was $40 but I was glad to have them out!
