I recieved services from Art plumbing. I feel so frustrated and disappointed in their service, I do not recommend this company! They lied and told me the job would be $3500 FLAT. Later, after the service was completed and after I had to
Chase them around for serveral days to get them to complete the job, they told me my service was 5100! I lost serval days of working waiting around for them to never show up and then they took advantage of me and forced me to pay more than quoted. After paying 5100, my AC was still not functioning and I had to have another company come and finish the job. I tried to contact them and have them come back out to rectify the ac again and they didn't call me back for 2 weeks! Do not fall for their non sense, they are deceetful and left me struggling with no ac in this south Florida heat for over a week! Not to mention the billing issue!

Had two upstair toilets installed, by Daniel. Very efficient and knowledgeable. He had installed a hot water heater in the past..so was so happy he was back for my toilets. He is the best! Thank you Art. And Daniel.

I would give ZERO Stars if it was an option. Five months after taking my money, I will be finishing the job Art started on my own. Total incompetence at every level of this company.

I called this company to do my AC maintenance since I had them install 2 NEW units 1 year ago in August. We scheduled an appointment to do so. The day of the appointment no one called so I called, and they stated they would have the tech call me. No one called. I called the next day to reschedule and made the same appointment time. No one called so I called again, and they told me that the tech wasn't able to make it, so they scheduled me for the next day. Why would someone do that without first seeing if I was available? Yet, I agreed for them to do so. 3rd times a charm, right? NO. Still no show. You cannot speak to someone in the office. It seems you get a call center to make these Schedules. I kept getting Amanda for all 3 appointment requests. ""How can I make you happy today?"" is what they ask. Yet, they did not make me happy with my request. Waste of your time and mine.

Replaced both of my AC units. New Rheem units work much better than my old ones did, and as promised, my electric bill has dropped.

Wife appreciated the picture of the tech that appeared ahead of time. On time, clean, friendly... highly recommended!

SCAMMERS. NOTHING the salesman agreed to was done properly. Wrong unit was installed new slab was not poured and new wifi thermostat was not installed. Completely disrespectful for a company to scam hard working people out of thousands of dollars. No response when contacted. Do NOT USE THEM

I wish I can rated with 0 stars.
Just spent $8K in a new A/C, is not working properly and we're waiting for over a month for a service.
They confirmed that the we're coming several times, nobody ever showed up.
We also never received our Reme Halo air cleaner that we paid over $1000 for. This is FRAUD.

I called for service on Thursday spoke to Tina. How can I make you smile. She said they couldn't come until Monday because they were busy with the Heat Advisory. She said some one would call me later to set up an appointment. He we go again I was wondering why I stopped using them a few years ago. The last visit was a
Switch and a thermostat which yes excessive pricing. 700.00. Switch was 10.00 Thermostat same one at The Home Depot. 50.00. So yes Art how can I make you smile. You didn't once again a no show. Good job Art Plumbing
