Project involves adding a nema 14-50 outlet in my detached garage for a distance of around 100ft. Arsen Electric has done a great job. From providing on-site estimate, scheduling and to finally complete the job without and issue and well communicated electronically. On the day of work, they even correct the existing breaker problems which is outside their scope of work without adding to the cost. Work quality exceed my expectations. Very well done.

Hired Dmitry to install a 3rd generation tesla charger and a few outdoor outlets. Very fast response, same day quote and work done in the next day. Dmitry knows his work and understood the difference in behavior between 50 and 60 amps so installed new breaker and new wiring for the 60 amps to get optimal result.

Just had an electric charger installed by Arsen Electric. Dmitry, the owner, came for a free estimate. He arrived on time, was extremely thorough in his evaluation. Spent about an hour going through all the details. Our project wasn't straightforward as the main panel was full and needed a new subpanel along with the fact that our main panel was as far as possible from the intended location of the charger. I contacted several electricians (all with good Yelp reviews) and Arsen was by far the most thorough. I had estimates by three others. Some electricians prefer just asking you to take pictures of your panel and give estimates virtually. Dmitry spent the time to make sure everything was considered. Before he left, he gave me detailed PDF estimates with line items.

Fast forward to install day and Dmitry arrived with 3 staff. Installation was flawless and on time. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after. Conduits are well done and aesthetically pleasing.

Most importantly, we had our installation permitted through the city of Palo Alto. Dmitry did all the paperwork and permit application. The city inspector arrived and noted that every EV install inspection today had failed inspection and that ours with Arsen was the first to pass today. The city Inspector was impressed with Dmitry's permit application.

Dmitry and Arsen electric are extremely punctual, professional and reliable in every way. I did my homework when choosing an electrician (so hopefully I'm saving you some time!). I highly recommend Arsen electric and will continue to use them for any of my future jobs.

I needed to install an EV charging unit in my garage. Dmitry was very prompt in responding and setting up time for a free estimate. This was not an easy project given how where the main panel was located with respect to the garage. Dmitry identified an alternative, creative solution that cost me a lot less with a very small tradeoff. He finished the work on time and he charged me exactly what he quoted in the estimate. Hired Arsen to install a 3rd generation tesla charger and very pleased with the work. Dmitry was able to quickly give me a quote over yelp, and was able to come within a few days.

The work itself exceeded expectations. Based on pictures sent over yelp, the electricians I contacted all said we could only do a 50 amp install. However, when Arsen took a look in person, they were able to bump up to 60 amps, which means faster charging.

Their craftsmanship is great. All wires are run under the house in the crawl space leaving nothing exposed outside of the house. All metal piping in the garage was checked with a water level. They installed 70 feet of wiring and added a new breaker in 3 hours. Would do business again!
