Half my outlets and lights went off, including all my 240V appliances, when turning on the AC one day. Arsen Electric was able to diagnose quickly to identify PGE connection was at fault. I called up PGE and had a technician visit to repair within 2 hours at no cost. Thank you Arsen Electric for taking the time to help out a past customer. Highly recommend.

Dmitry and his crew upgraded my old Federal Pacific Electric garage sub-panel to a new Siemens sub-panel and set of breakers. Dmitry is very detailed, explaining everything, and he is very professional. He and his crew did the job in a timely manner (about 4-5 hours) and cleaned up afterwards. Pricing is reasonable compared to others. I would recommend him.

Dmitry provided unbelievably quick, competent, thorough installation of our 50A EV circuit from the panel in the back to the front of the house. The team of 3 electricians showed up, went under the house, ran the wires, exited the crawl space with a clean conduit run on the side of the garage to the target area just inside the front gate.

The estimate was descriptive, detailed, thorough and all pricing was transparent and itemized.

The panel was full and multiple breakers had to be thinned out and combined and everything was done quickly with very minimal downtime.

I have used ARSEN Electric for 3 jobs over the last 4 years

2020 - Install a 30A electric patio ceiling heater over our patio table. This required work reorganizing the breaker box, pulling conduit through our crawlspace, and up to the outdoor install location, installing an outdoor 2 toggle switch and then mounting the heater.

2022 - Install a 50A EV Charger in our garage hanging off of our subpanel. This required work reorganizing the subpanel, pulling conduit to the install location, installing an 240V outlet and mounting the EV Charger.

2024 - Fix some general electrical problems as our hous ages 1) 2 of 5 can lights in our kitchen not working, 2) master bathroom sconces not behaving and 3) outdoor electrical outlets not working. The kitchen lights in particular were a real challenge and ARSEN took care of all 3 items in 1/2 day.

This company is top notch, which is why I always go back to them for any electrical work I need. They are always on time, professional, a fair price and very knowledgeable. For the electric patio heater I had two other electricians come out that really did not know what they were doing and recommended nonsensical designs at exhorbinant prices. ARSEN created and good design and executed it perfectly.
