We prioritize our customers and we work hard to offer reasonable prices. It's challenging to reduce them too much because of business expenses. However, when we encounter someone in genuine need, we make an effort to assist them; we focus on people, not just profits. Everyone faces challenges, and a lot of businesses see only dollar signs. We believe in a different philosophy. Sometimes, we meet clients who don’t qualify for our low-income program, due to the standards I must follow. After they share their circumstances, we collaborate to create a plan that makes sure they have access to essential services. This could include a payment plan, a loan, or a sliding scale rate. Regrettably, we cannot lower our prices significantly because of the costs of materials and labor, but we work to create solutions that fit our clients’ needs while protecting our business interests. This enables us to keep providing the services we are passionate about.

Being a women-owned business is a point of pride for us, and my dad, a veteran, helped me before he passed away. Our team takes pride in their work, and most of my team sees their work as artistic. We are a company that is committed to making a positive impact.

My path began as an independent contractor, originally due to my experience of homelessness and difficulty securing a regular job. I opted to do odd jobs. I cycled around with a backpack loaded with tools for home improvement and gardening. Gradually, I started to build a client base for gardening, window work, and various projects. It took nearly a year of living on the streets and carrying that bag of tools to finally secure a roof over my head. Since then, I have kept picking up side jobs. I love this line of work because I am passionate about assisting people. This is why, when I turned my small job into a business, I implemented a low-income program. This program is designed for families who cannot afford standard repairs like most others can. I hope to one day separate that aspect and create a nonprofit to help at no cost.
