Caring for our clients is essential to us and we work hard to offer reasonable prices. While we can't lower them excessively due to operational costs. If we meet someone truly in need, we do our best to help; we focus on people, not just profits. Everyone faces challenges, and many businesses only focus on profits. That’s not our approach. There are times when clients are ineligible for our low-income support, because I must comply with certain regulations. Once they demonstrate their situation, we work together to develop a strategy that guarantees they get the necessary services. This could include a payment plan, a loan, or a sliding scale rate. Regrettably, we cannot lower our prices significantly because of the costs of materials and labor, but we strive to develop arrangements that benefit our clients while ensuring our business remains sustainable. This allows us to continue helping and doing what we love.

Being a women-owned business is a point of pride for us, and my late father, a veteran, supported me before he passed. We are proud of the quality of our work, and many on my team view their work as a form of art. We are a company that is committed to making a positive impact.

I began as an independent contractor, initially because I was homeless and struggled to find stable employment. I began taking on small jobs. I would ride my bicycle everywhere, carrying a backpack filled with essential tools for home improvement and gardening. Gradually, I started to build a client base for gardening, window work, and various projects. After almost a year of being homeless and toting that bag of tools, I finally found stable housing. I have been building my side jobs ever since. I love this line of work because I am passionate about assisting people. This is why, when I turned my small job into a business, I implemented a low-income program. This program is designed for families who cannot afford standard repairs like most others can. I aspire to eventually establish a nonprofit to provide assistance at no charge.
