Company Overview

Our clients are our top priority and we strive to keep our rates as affordable as possible. It's challenging to reduce them too much because of business expenses. If we meet someone truly in need, we do our best to help; for us, it’s not solely about profit. We all experience tough times, and a lot of businesses see only dollar signs. That’s not our approach. There are times when clients are ineligible for our low-income support, as I have guidelines to adhere to. Once they demonstrate their situation, we work together to develop a strategy that makes sure they have access to essential services. This could include a payment plan, a loan, or a sliding scale rate. Regrettably, we cannot lower our prices significantly because of the costs of materials and labor, but we find a way to accommodate our clients while protecting our business interests. This helps us maintain our commitment to the work we enjoy.

As a women-owned company, and my late father, a veteran, supported me before he passed. Our team takes pride in their work, and my team considers their work to be an art form. We are a company that is committed to making a positive impact.

I began as an independent contractor, originally due to my experience of homelessness and difficulty securing a regular job. I began taking on small jobs. I would ride my bicycle everywhere, carrying a backpack filled with essential tools for home improvement and gardening. Slowly, I attracted consistent clients for gardening, window services, and administrative projects. It took nearly a year of living on the streets and carrying that bag of tools to finally secure a roof over my head. I have been building my side jobs ever since. I love this line of work because I am passionate about assisting people. That’s why, when I transformed my small job into a company, I made sure to include a low-income program. It is tailored for families that find it difficult to pay for regular repairs. I hope to one day separate that aspect and create a nonprofit to help at no cost.
