Company Overview

Caring for our clients is essential to us and we strive to keep our rates as affordable as possible. While we can't lower them excessively due to operational costs. When we find individuals facing hardships, we try to accommodate them; to us, it’s more than just money. We all experience tough times, and too many companies prioritize their bottom line. We take a different path. There are times when clients are ineligible for our low-income support, as I have guidelines to adhere to. After they share their circumstances, we collaborate to create a plan that ensures they receive the services their family requires. This could include a payment plan, a loan, or a sliding scale rate. Sadly, we cannot bring our prices down too much because of the expenses associated with materials and labor, but we find a way to accommodate our clients while ensuring our business remains sustainable. This helps us maintain our commitment to the work we enjoy.

We are a women-owned business, and my late father, a veteran, supported me before he passed. We take great pride in our craftsmanship, and most of my team sees their work as artistic. Our company is dedicated to creating meaningful change.

I started my journey as an independent contractor, because I faced homelessness and couldn’t find a conventional job. I decided to take on side jobs. I would ride my bicycle everywhere, carrying a backpack filled with essential tools for home improvement and gardening. Gradually, I started to build a client base for gardening, window work, and various projects. After almost a year of being homeless and toting that bag of tools, I finally found stable housing. I have continued to take on side jobs ever since. I truly enjoy this work because I have a passion for helping others. That’s why, when I transformed my small job into a company, I made sure to include a low-income program. The program aims to assist families who struggle to afford typical repairs. I hope to one day separate that aspect and create a nonprofit to help at no cost.
