Our clients are our top priority and we aim to maintain competitive pricing. We cannot significantly decrease our prices because of the costs involved in running a business. However, when we encounter someone in genuine need, we make an effort to assist them; we focus on people, not just profits. We all experience tough times, and too many companies prioritize their bottom line. We believe in a different philosophy. There are times when clients are ineligible for our low-income support, due to the standards I must follow. Once they demonstrate their situation, we sit down with them to find a solution that guarantees they get the necessary services. This could include a payment plan, a loan, or a sliding scale rate. Regrettably, we cannot lower our prices significantly because of the costs of materials and labor, but we work to create solutions that fit our clients’ needs while protecting our business interests. This enables us to keep providing the services we are passionate about.

As a women-owned company, and my late father, a veteran, supported me before he passed. Our team takes pride in their work, and most of my team sees their work as artistic. We are a company that is committed to making a positive impact.

I started my journey as an independent contractor, initially because I was homeless and struggled to find stable employment. I decided to take on side jobs. I would ride my bicycle everywhere, carrying a backpack filled with essential tools for home improvement and gardening. Gradually, I started to build a client base for gardening, window work, and various projects. It was almost a year of struggling on the streets with my tools before I could secure a home. I have been building my side jobs ever since. I love this line of work because I am passionate about assisting people. That’s the reason I established a low-income program when I grew my small job into a company. This program is designed for families who cannot afford standard repairs like most others can. My goal is to one day create a nonprofit that offers help without any fees.
