TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... Not sure why the insurance companies go and find these guys to send over. Exact same experience as the others. Did absolutely nothing when I described the problem. He didn't even bother to even open the switch to look. Came with bare minimum tools. He took a picture of the switch and said he needed to call insurance company and left. He then closed the case. I called him to ask what happened and why the case is closed but he didn't pick up my call. I reopened the case in home warranty and he immediately calls and starts shouting on why I reopened the case.

Absolutely terrible experience. These guys were sent to us for a home warranty repair. We had a switch go bad and the guy came out, took of the plate without testing any connections. Then they told the HW company it was a light fixture which isn't covered and took our $75 deductible. Now we are arguing with the HW that the repair wasn't complete. My wife called the owner to complain and he hung up on her. So we had a 5 Star Yelp electrician come out who figured out quickly that it was an improperly spliced wall socket that was the issue and fixed it.

This business is not professional in any way. I don't even know if the guy they sent has his license.

As disreputable and customer unfriendly as a business can be. For starters I was forced to use this company via America Home Warranty. On the initial call, I was given a two hour window for a service appointment (I had to work around their schedule). On the day of the visit the service person didn't show up at the scheduled time. I had to call and was told that the repairman was delayed and we would be the next stop. By the end of the day, no repairman had arrived, no call, no nothing. Left multiple voicemails to see what the story was. Calls were not returned. I finally got through (2 days later) only to be told they couldn't help. Just an absolute joke. Don't give them your business. They need to be shut down.

These guys are terrible and unprofessional. I would not trust them to do any work in your house. They wouldn't give me a written bid, they didn't make their appointments and when confronted they said they couldn't be bothered. Do not go here.

As a landlord and tenant myself - I did not have a choice to work with APAG Electric, as it was signed by home warranty company. I am not surprise at all that this company has two stars and by reading the reviews, it does very well ties with its awful and discourteous scheduler/first point of contact - his name was ASH!.
This fellow was an absolutely an ASH!. He can most definitely use a class or two on how to address customers with respect at all level of situations and most of all get a handle of the business timing concepts.
I am a big fan of contractor/vendors with reputable and courteous way on treating your customer as it reflect on work ethics and work results - the single start sufficed for there level of service!.

This company sucks!!!!! Had no choice but to work with them through a home warranty company. Had them go out to fix a heater and they determined the heater wasn't working because of a disconnected wire. They said we had to pay them again to go out to connect the wire!!! The vendor called my tenant a liar and my tenant had to give their tech a screw driver since the tech didn't even have one. Read email chain below:

He did reconnect the ""neutral"" wire. And tested again and didn't get any electricity.

Then he went and turned off the circuit breaker to the heater because he was concerned about the cables not being connected in the other heaters.

I stayed there with the vendor the whole time. He did have to borrow my screwdriver.

Anyway.

Bad company with very bad attitude. Ash is worst dispatcher I have ever spoken to . He used curse words(F***) and banged the phone down. What an attitude. Companies survive or die because of customers. This company will not survive long. This happened even before a scheduling even got set up . I am trying to reach AHS to either change the company or I will cancel the plan. I a,m on hold for past 1 hour.

Unfortunately this is the company that is dispatched whenever I make a claim through my home warranty company. The electrician I always seem to get is grumpy and does the bare minimum on repairs, grudgingly. He was at my home last week to replace a dimmer switch but didn't have one on hand (?), he told me he would return in one week. When I called today, Ash told me he couldn't help me and I had to call the home warranty company. He also told me I was talking too much and repeating myself when I tried to explain the problem, history, etc. The time before this, APAG was dispatched to address a problem with a GFCI outlet in one of my bathrooms. Again, the electrician didn't have another one to replace it with and put in a standard outlet. These are not expensive items so I'm not sure why this is their practice. I will never use this company again. Bad experience every time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrendous treatment of customers. I was on a conference call when I received a phone call from the office and couldn't pick up immediately. I learned later the electrician was outside the back gate which is locked (the front gate is open). I couldn't answer the calls, but I called back 4 minutes later (evidenced by the call times on my phone) and apologized for the delay and started to explain why.

At that point the man was incredibly rude, interrupted me, raised his voice and told me that they don't like waiting for ten minutes. He had only called 4 minutes earlier so if they were waiting longer I had no idea. The conversation escalated into an argument and the man refused to see my point of view or acknowledge that he had only called 4 minutes prior.

Lastly, the electrician expected ME to have booties available for him to use when I asked him to remove his shoes. Every other contractor I have ever used has a supply, so this request was quite absurd to me. Minor in comparison to the treatment I received over the phone but worth mentioning.

Wow, now this company is claiming that I never paid them- a complete and utter lie. I paid the technician, Adrian, $75 in cash and I should have asked for a receipt because he pocketed the money and I got a bill in the mail for the home warranty service. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with the home warranty company to convince them that this company stole from me.
Don't ever, ever use this company. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a home repair. I will be reporting them to BBB.
