Two of my ceiling fans were loose and I was assigned to APAG Electric through my Homeowner's Warranty. This was the first time I have ever had to use my HOW and didn't know what to expect. Adrian came on time to my home and fixed the first fan carefully and efficiently. The second fan was put up by the previous owner and was not put on a stud. Adrian took time to explain what this meant and gave me options on how to fix it. I had a lot of questions about how HOW worked in general and not only did he give me really great advice, but he warned me on how to never pay someone until they have completed the job. Really great advice...I really appreciated his integrity and honesty. Was extremely knowledgeable about his job as well.
I was overly impressed by his professionalism, efficiency, and time he took to answer all of my questions and really help me. I would use this company any time I need an electrician now.
I was referred to APAG by my home warrantee and was immediately frightened by some of the bad reviews here. I am so glad I gave them a chance. Adrian showed up on time, worked very quickly and solved all of my electrical problems that were covered by my warrantee. He also explained what problems are not covered and what aren't. He was efficient and professional.
If you're a reasonable and respectful person who doesn't try to push APAG into doing things that aren't covered by your warrantee, I think you'll be more than satisfied with the service you'll get from Adrian. The ONLY thing preventing a 5 star rating is the fact that he didn't clean up the little piles of dirt and paint chips on the floor under the outlets after he repaired everything - a really minor complaint for me, and if I had asked him to cleanup, I'm sure he would have. I only mention it because I suspect that some customers out there might expect better cleanup - if you do, be prepared to ask for it. Otherwise, Adrian is a total pro - you wont be disappointed.
Foody G.Just updating finally after two months of wait fan has been replaced. Unlike other professional companies which I have worked in past, technician didn't cover the shoes, we don't allow shoes in our house. They said they will not dispose the old fan so I request the technician to dismantle it since I don't have tools and it will be easy for me to dispose it. He replied I would have done it if you would have not given bad review on Yelp, my owner told me not to do it.
Mubeena S.Wish there were negative stars. Utterly frustrated by the guy named ""Ash"" , who manages the the scheduling. We were referred by Old Republic home warranty company. He made a big deal out of replacing a fan and did not want to spend time clarifying why he cant wait for even a minute while the warranty answers our questions on the type of fan we want to have. Then he started yelling on top his throat (which he considers is the quality of his voice), that I don't understand how technicians work and started speaking over me while I was trying to make this work nevertheless. The conversation got to a point where I couldn't resist but say, thank your for your valuable time sir and we hope we never use your service or have a conversation again! So please guys, if you get a chance to talk to ""Ash"" from APAG, just tell him to transfer you to another scheduler. Or just use another service to avoid unpleasant experience.
Jim U.The guy showed up late seemed more interested in leaving than being there. He identified what he thought was the issue which it was not. He stated it is a load that is tripping the breaker but yet the breaker is not the issue there is an issue in the line some where. Office manager challenged me asking if I was a electrician. Obviously I am not that is why I called one. However I am smart enough to know when a breaker trips or not. Ultimately Jerks (censored what I would really call them).
We were referred to APAG by HWA Home Warranty Company. We were referred to them twice - once for looking into a switch problem & another time when we had lighting issues. During both those times - Ash was the scheduler & Adrian was the electrician. Both times we had a professional experience. Came on time, did the job, paid the trade call fee & done... Good service overall... Would recommend them.
Mary H.This company was sent to us by our home warranty provider. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with my home warranty recommendations. To say they are unprofessional would be a huge understatement. They try to get as much money out of you as possible, constantly rescheduling, and then sending us an under qualified ""electrician "". The owner/manager is beyond rude and has no concept of business propriety.
I am usually a reasonable, patient person, but these people really pushed my limit. If they continue to conduct themselves in this manner, they will not be in business very long.

Adrian came out and replaced our ceiling fan. He was friendly, punctual and efficient, we would hire them again.
Erin G.Unfortunately i have to write this. If i could give a minus star i would as well. The technician Adrian was very pleasant when he first came out. He came out to fix my circuit breaker box. I had an empty breaker slot that was going to get replaced along with other breakers that were bad. He came out today to replace the breakers and did that but did not inform me of the things that were going on in the panel. Later today i went to turn on an Air conditioner in my shed and it would not work. Called the company and ASH - the owner/manager who is extremely rude told me he would call back. Upon his calling back he stated there was nothing they could do. The technician than called me and started to yell at me and told me he had to change wires that were previously connected due to there being double wires(which he did not say anything about when he was here earlier to fix my panel. I just want it back to the way it was when he got here and that could not be done he continues to yell and then hung up on me!!!!!!!!! Wow what customer service...... I forget to let you know that they also change appointment times the day of and then cannot make it to their original time. And on Friday's i guess they only work a 1/2 day as ASH told me he could not schedule an appt. because he was not at work as they close early on Friday's. VERY RUDE!!!! Do not use them i should have asked to get a different company as the other yelp reviews stated.
Really surprised on the comments here. I also had them come to my home through American home shield and expected the worse based on the yelp reviews. But the guy who came was very polite and helpful and fixed the problem I had with my heater and gave great recommendations for my light fixtures. Great support and service, I was very satisfied.
