A reputable and stable company with solid business practices. I have used this company for minor issues but am planning a renovation soon and will use them for that as well. The owner is experienced and is very professional, responsive and does quality work.

Adrian went above and beyond the call of duty , when he came to my rescue we were in the dark literally. we had an emergency and apag came on time and efficiently corrected our problem , when Adrian left he replaced a fan and multiple electrical outlets. he was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help a very non threating guy. don't hesitate to call apag for all of your electrical services . A+

Same issues with other yelpers. Home warranty schedule them to me which is the horrible experience. I paid for two service charges of total $150 which now I have a half broken bathroom celling fan ( giant hole on the celling ) and not functional attic fan. The person didn't show up at for which is the worst and while I try to call them, it went voice mail. Worst experience ever. On top of it, I file the home warranty service 3 weeks ago. I hope I can give this service provider a negative star.

I have American Home Shield and asked for service on my door bell. APAG Electric called me this morning and was VERY RUDE when I tried to schedule an appointment!!! I barely got 3 words in before he hung up on me! I couldnt believe it! Ive never been treated that way by anyone.
VERY BAD ATTITUDE! Thank god they didnt come to my house. My request has been cancelled and set up with another vendor....I honestly dont know how people like this stay in business.

He called me to schedule an appointment due to a home warranty service call that I put in. We played phone tag and then I talked to him this morning. He said that they could have someone out on Wednesday and when I told him that I can only do Fridays because of he he interrupted me and said I can't cherry pick a day for an appointment. I was flabbergasted and laughed a little bit and when I did the guy said this isn't funny and hung up on me. extremely rude. You are in the service industry. Learn how to provide good customer service

In response to a service request from my home warranty, I got a chance to speak to a representative from APAG electric. The tone of the conversation was not at par with good customer service at all. I can now understand the overall poor rating on yelp. The tone of the guy was pretty arrogant, I felt pretty disappointed. I will try to find other company to solve electrical issue.

APAG Electric took my $75 and literally gave me nothing in return. He made no attempts to troubleshoot the problems I've been experiencing, and told me my circuit breaker was in excellent condition. I've since found out that this particular type of circuit breaker was discontinued years ago due to malfunction.
I'm STILL having flickering lights, and both of my teenage children have experienced it as well. I've also noticed the circuit breaker tripping for no apparent reason, like I told the technician Adrian in the first place. Now, I'm also having trouble with a GFCI outlet that keeps tripping. I contacted my home warranty company to tell them I'm still having problems, and was told that they would have APAG Electric company contact me to return and fix the problem. However, I never heard from APAG Electric. I called and left a voicemail on the phone number provided in the email from the home warranty company. I also sent an email to the email address that was included in the correspondence from the home warranty company; STILL no response. I couldn't be more dissatisfied. Avoid this company at all costs!

Here's another disappointed and frustrated homeowner.
I had issues with my home lights and my home warranty company sent Adrian.
Like other experiences, he was more interested in leaving than analyzing the situation.
His manner is very rude and unhelpful.
He took a quick look and just told me to replace the bulbs which is not remotely the problem I have.
He seems to get his business from home warranty companies because I don't believe anyone should call him if they have a choice.

We were introduced to them via our home warranty. Like other reviews, I find them extremely unprofessional. They reschedule us twice. The first time I had to take a day off only to get a call from them on the day of, 1hr past the appointed time that they cannot come. We reschedule for next week, and they called again to reschedule because they just received another job for that day. I do not understand why they can schedule work with someone else when they have prior commitments. The caller was rude and not apologetic.

I would give -5 stars if Yelp gives that option. Very arrogant and absolutely no professional approach to the customer trying to give them a business. Just not sure how anyone could give even a 2-star rating for these guys.
