A crew of three came over this morning at 7:30AM as scheduled to remove and install a main panel in the back of the house and subpanel in the garage. I was thrilled that they came today after Zach access a huge fire hazard yesterday in the laundry room closet where the HVAC, tankless water heater, and recirculating pump are located.

They did a great and efficient job and were done at 2PM! I will certainly use Alpha Omega Electric again.

Had an emergency on late Sunday night and they responded quickly and got me scheduled next day. My issue was connected to a circuit supplying power to my oven, microwave, dishwasher. Zach was able to get me in next day and earlier than expected (which was a plus cause we needed our kitchen appliances) Zach was professional, talked me through the scenario, and provided me options. Definitely priced cheaper than I thought.

I had a serious electrical issue in my home that involved possible wire damage due to a circuit overload from an addition built prior to my purchase of the home. This addition is basically my mom's living space. My mom is 73 with Alzheimer's, visually impaired and weighs about 100 lbs. She gets chilled easily and due to her Alzheimer's, is easily confused and agitated. After a possible fire scare and a visit from the fire department, my mom's room was left without any electricity. Reached out through Yelp's referral service and secured an estimate appointment from AO Electrical. Appointment went fine and the electrician that came seemed nice enough. Told me his recommendations and said I'd receive an estimate via email. I asked that they place a rush on it so we could get moving on the repairs based on my mom's condition and Thanksgiving was about two weeks away. Still waiting. . .

Yes, that's what I said! I was never contacted again by this company. It's been over a month. Apparently they don't need the business. Fortunately for me, I have a friend that has an electrician in the family and they were able to help me out. AND, said I didn't need half the stuff AO Electrical recommended. So not only are they not dependable, they are out to rip you off.

Our neighborhood had a major electrical malfunction and I shopped around but Alpha Omega came promptly within the hour the first visit and within 4 hours of calling. Others told me a couple days to next week!They are very professional and didn't charge labor the second visit to repair a blown outlet. I will be calling them to test a few more outlets. Thank you AO!!!

We hired them to install our smart home Z Wave switches. They sent 2 staff which was great. We had over 8 switches to do. This was the best electrician experience I have ever had. They were so patient and helpful to figure out what would work best for our home. Everything came out great and they cleaned up after like they were never there. Awesome company awesome service!

We had a breaker that wouldn't work, left us with no heat. After trying to do the work myself and failing, we called AO. They came out very promptly, technician was very friendly and informative, and the work was done promptly and at a reasonable price.

When they were done everything was back to normal.
