I sent a message out to receive quotes and AO Electric responded. We set up an appointment, they came out to the potential work and never sent me back a quote. I've messaged 2-3 times inquiring for the quote and each time they say they will send it. I still haven't received any correspondences. I just bought the house and time is of the essence to get things done. I'm extremely disappointed because they couldn't even provide me with a quote after viewing our house. If they can't do the work they should communicate that to us.

I did not have a good experience with AO. Initially, they were quick to get a tech out to my house to quote my project to add external conduit for a microwave above the stove. I was told I'd receive the details of the quote within a few days to a week. 2 weeks later, I tried emailing and calling and leaving voicemails. I tried to contact them for weeks. I was completely ghosted. They stopped replying to me completely.

After a few weeks went by, I reached out to electricians again on yelp and AO must have forgotten who I was because they replied saying they were interested. When I reminded them who I was, they ghosted me AGAIN. (Seriously, look at the screenshot of our conversation I attached)

If they didn't want to quote my project, they should have just told me so.

This post is after the second service at our house... again, really happy with the team! The first job was well done and perfectly explained. So much so that we called when we had a future job! This time around Dewey and Aaron came out to add 2 new outlets to the house and again did an outstanding job. The team is always professional, clear, and kind. They are super quick to respond and schedule, prices are reasonable and they do great work. highly recommend and will use again in the future.

This company initially did a great job of responding to my call and setting up an appointment to come look at my project. The next day after the appointment I received the estimate and the job was completed within a few weeks.I was happy with the quality of the work and I believe the price was fair. While they were there I also thanked them several times for how much I appreciate them coming out to get the job done for me.

A couple weeks later I had another job same size, same value and it took them 2 to 3 weeks just to schedule a time to come look at the project after several calls for some reason. Once they finally arrived to look at the project I was told that the job can be done and I would receive an estimate the next day. Unfortunately, and for some reason, I never received the estimate. I called the office and texted several times and was told repeatedly I would have the estimate. As of this morning, I still have not received the estimate. I hope everything's ok over there but as a existing customer and someone who owns their own landscape design company, this has been a extremely stressful and very time-consuming.

Believe the bad reviews. Initial response was lightning fast. Scheduled an estimate quickly. After that... radio silence. No answer via phone call, text message, or email. It's been a week since the estimate visit and not even a quick one liner response. Extremely disappointed. They state quotes will be delivered within 2 business days. They might be great electricians but I guess I'll never know. Feels like they wasted the technician's time and they definitely wasted my time.

I had an electrical issue in our garage and AO made themselves available when others were not. Communication with the staff was very prompt, and the service was knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that they explained to me what had happened, and explained the suggested repair prior to starting the project. I felt very comfortable with them at my home. If another electrical issue were to arise at my home or if a friend asked for a referral, I would feel 100% comfortable recommending AO. Electricians can be a dime a dozen, I got lucky with AO Electric.
