Alpha Omega Electric did such an amazing job. When it's a super busy time of year it's nice to know that there's a company who makes you feel like a priority. When we requested help from several companies, they were the first to respond and they did so quickly. Zachary came out and assessed the issue. He explained the problem and immediately started working with us to get it resolved. When Zachary and Ashley came out to fix the issue, they were polite, persistent and worked incredibly hard to resolve the problem. What we thought would take all day, only took half the time. While they worked they kept us in the loop about anything new that came up. When all was done, they made a final check of our electricity. They were professional and efficient. Should we have any future problems, which I'm confident will be a while, we're going to go with these guys. Thank you so much for everything!

No show. No phone call. Slow response initially, asked for my info even after i already gave it to them. (They just needed to read my message.) I decided to give them a chance anyway. I drove all the way from San Francisco at 5:30am to meet them at 8am. It's now 9:30 am. I am wary of contractors, especially electricians, who don't demonstrate an ability to pay attention to detail or have regard for the time of potential clients. First impressions matter.

I was in my kitchen, and all of a sudden my power starting going out. I heard a buzzing noise, and started to smell smoke. I went to the electrical panel, and everything looked fried. Which was weird because the electrical panel looked new.

I didn't know where to turn. I just bought this house two months ago, so I was pretty much on my own. Thank God I called Alpha Omega Electric. There were able to assess the problem, and fix/replace things properly. They were also able to work with my insurance.

Kaylee was amazing, super-easy to talk to, as well as the other technicians. They were fast, professional, and worked with me on the dates. Oh, and when they first came out, they were just offering good ol' fashion free friendly advice.

Can' thank you guys enough! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an HONEST electrician co.!

WoW! Found my new favorite Electric Company! On Saturday, I was visiting my almost 101 year old Mother in East Sac when the caregiver casually said ""The toaster and the coffee maker are not working"". Also, refrigerator is out and oh! so is the washer and dryer. I run outside and start flipping breakers. Still no power to anything plugged into a wall and a few ceiling lights out also. Now, the panic sets in as I look at a deteriorated and very ancient electrical panel on this 73 year old home. I opened my Yelp App and started quickly calling Electric Companies. Most had answering machines to leave messages, a few didn't have answering machines and no one answered the phone, and several companies that answered said they were totally booked for several days. So very happy I called AO Electric. I explained my urgent situation including no power to my Mom's hospital bed and I was told that they could have someone out between 3-4. At 2:45 I received a text that someone would be there within 20 minutes and that's when they arrived. So happy that Kaylee and Ashley came to our rescue. They quickly determined that a repair was not possible (gulp, that's what I thought) but they understood our predicament, explained the issues to me, and said they could replace everything and do the work early the next morning. YES, PLEASE! On Sunday morning, Kaylee and Ashley returned, along with Zach. I put My Mom in the wheelchair and took her outside to see the old panel and we took pictures with the group. Weird, but it was kind of exciting. I then loaded up my Mom and caregiver in my car and drove them to my house since all remaining power and AC had to be shut off while AO worked their magic. 5 hours later I received a text that the work would be completed within 30 minutes. I really thought it would have taken much longer so, super pleased. Can't say enough about the team that we had from AO. Everything completed to perfection and what outstanding customer service! AWESOME! Thanks again!

No show for scheduled appointment. Business phone voicemail is full and no one picks up after numerous tries!! Also tried to message them through Yelp but no response. Tech was supposed to come between 9:30-10. Now 1:30 with no notice. Photo attached.

We are really happy to have hired Alpha Omega Electric. I was having issues with an outlet I was trying to move. In my endeavor we lost power on the circuit and it became very frustrating. At this point I reached out to Yep for help. AOE was the first to reply and got us in first thing the next morning. I wasn't there but I understand they were friendly, knowledgeable and worked fast. Anyway the problem was solved and the outlet was moved in about an hour and we are very pleased. The communication was excellent, quick responses. The work was top shelf. Will hire them again for our future projects.
