I can't speak highly night about this company. Everyone who has come out to our house has been kind, helpful, and generous. Alan L and Anthony N did our install and they were amazing. First, it is 110 in Fresno and these guys worked hard, cleaned up, and gave us a ton of information about our new system.

Also, Andrew P (the first technician) and Matthew D (last technician during install) were knowledgeable and helpful. Ben D, who did the measurements was helpful and Brandon, who helped with sales was incredibly well informed and gave us great tips on other ways to implement passive insulation.

Allbritten used to be good and reasonable
but now they are very expensive and tried to tell me there were other leaks that didn't exist. They charged me $946 for a service call and installing a toilet that costs $231 on EBAY and $118 in Plumbers Stock so in essence they charged me 4 to 8 times the cost for installation. I would never ever call them again as the installer was also rude and now Allbritten has you give the installer the credit card info instead of them. Something is fishy about that.

UPDATE......Re: My Complaint Against Allbritten

My complaint (which you can read below) was heard by a manager...and the problem has been rectified! I received a phone call, manager seemed sincere and apologetic....And he was going to look into making sure such a thing never happened again. Then he went out of his way to make everything RIGHT. In other words, I got more than just an apology! Sooooo....I'm not so cranky anymore :)

The 'ol complaint is below....

Allbritten CAUSED our shower pipe to become clogged???!!

(Read the bottom part as a warning to you!)

Long-time customer 15+ years...Allbritten was my go-to for plumbing and A/C service. Last week, I paid $363 for a plumber to just check the condition of some of our pipes with their fancy little camera (it's an old house). He said he wasn't able to see a lot...Cause the pipes were pretty dirty and had a lot of build up. Several times he would say ""Hmm...Let me see if I can push through that stuff for you"". I asked him, ""If you push that stuff until you can't push any more....Isn't it possible you're going to create a clog?"" He assured me that wouldn't happen.

Folks, the next day our shower was clogged (we hadn't had a clog for 7 months!) Am I to think it was all just a coincidence???

I called the next day (July 4th)....Their on-call operator said that they don't have a SINGLE plumber on-call on the 4th of July. Wow! Allbritten is a pretty big company! Not a SINGLE plumber? Okay....hmmm....Whatever. I asked her to just make a call to a manager (she said she would send an email instead)....And I simply wanted to know this: Do I have to hire someone else to clear the clog? Or is Allbritten willing to come out and clear the pipe? You know what their answer was? (Drum roll, please!) They didn't get back to me. THE END! Yup....it's been 5 days....No call, no email.

WARNING: The last time Allbritten came out to do a routine ""service maintenance"" on our AC unit. It felt more like a SALES call. It was ridiculous! On and on the guy goes....Trying to sell me stuff. (btw...The AC unit was fine...it didn't need anything)

You know what I got last week when the guy brought his fancy camera? In addition to the clogged pipe I believe he helped create....He kept trying to SELL me a $4,000 pipe cleaning service.

Look....Allbritten technicians seem like nice guys. But they are nice guys looking to SELL you thousands of dollars worth of stuff (I'm not the only one...See YELP reviews of other people complaining of the same thing!). I am ready to move on....Once a business like this drops the ball and causes you to lose trust? Almost impossible to get it back.

We recently had 2 HVAC units installed in March 2024. We are currently experiencing issues where both systems shut off and lock the system down. Allbritten is saying it is a software issue with the Trane units and there is nothing they can do until a part comes in from Trane. I was also told by the technician that there are over 50 other customers that are experiencing the same issue. There is no ETA for resolution on the part or when it will be fixed. It is over 110 degrees and this is ridiculous that our units are not working as they should. The solution from Allbritten is for me to go outside and disconnect both units from the power and let them rest for 5 mins then reconnect and try again. Both units are going down multiple times a day due to the compressors over amping which is causing the shut down. It's been impossible to get any manager from Allbritten to return my phone call or provide a resolution. This is the worst customer service! I regret spending over $56K with them. Do not use this company!
