We have used Allbritten for our air conditioning and plumbing needs for several years. They are the best of the best! We also had them install a new water heater and disposal and they did a great job. This past week we had Ebert come out to address some additional plumbing needs....he did an outstanding job! This is the second time we've had him out and he is always polite, personable and prompt! Just a pleasure to do business with. They do the job right the first time and they are competitively priced. We highly recommend them!!

We had Allbritten come out on a Saturday night and it was so cheap we couldn't believe our ears! Our technician, Ebert, was soooo personable and customer service oriented, I was surprised. I thought that on a Saturday night he would be resentful! Please use this company for your plumbing needs. They know what customers are looking for! Thanks!

This company is just as great as their cool radio commercials. I called today and got a same day appointment. The person that answered the phone was sweet and polite and got me an appointment in less than 1 minute. The technician Jim Carrera was on time, professional, friendly and found the problem right away, a burned capacitor, he gave me a detailed explanation and an estimate which I approved, he not only changed the bad part and completed the work quickly he also gave me a discount and my house began cooling instantly. I would highly reccomend Allbritten to anybody. Thanks for living up to your cute commercials

We have used Allbritten a number of times over the years and very pleased with their employees in terms of courtesy and responsiveness. At least four times we've had to call them to help with plumbing issues and initial AC troubleshooting needs, and have nothing but good things to say. Recently we did have a big problem with a larger AC upgrade/install project they attempted and initially very disappointed with the performance of the end product. However, I was contacted by the owner who personally promised to review our install and make sure it would perform as promised. Within 10 days (during prime AC repair season) they had a solution and completed some hefty upgrades to fix the system. I am very pleased with the level of commitment to the customer. I gave them 5 stars just because of the level of effort to make sure the customer is satisfied. They went way out of their way to make it right.

Bitter disappointment . I give them one star because the technician they send was professional and courteous . However Allbrittens follow up was unacceptable . After the A/C unit was diagnosed and I paid my $59 I was never contacted by Allbritten with a repair estimate and my family ( 3 young kids ) was left sitting with a broken AC in hot Fresno weather. After several days I called their office and the lady told me she had difficulty finding the parts.more days goes by and nothing from Allbritten. I googled the parts and found them in less than a minute.
I will hire a more customer friendly company to install them.

So far they are 3 for 3 in our home. Wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues. Always fair pricing, fastest response in town, and employees are friendly and knowledgable. I had a water heater installed several months back by Allbritten and they did a great job. Fast, efficient, and answered all my questions. I had several estimates from competitors and Allbritten beat all there prices, some of the prices by almost $800...I'm glad they are not greedy and do a fantastic job

This month we had them replace our 1989 ac/heater unit and redo the ductwork that was not working well in our house which is amazing and blowing air very well throughout our house. The team that came out was professional, considerate of making sure they did not scuff anything in the house and seemed to work very well together. Thank you Ron, Sal, Hector, MIguel, Tommy, Rich, and Jon.

Additionally. If you had an estimate over a year ago on home energy or on a large amount of work that you wanted done from Allbritten( which we did) and you didn't like the representative that did it at that time( very pushy), they cut the dead weight so to speak. The new representative we had Jon, was Great when we were reevaluating going with their company. He wasn't pushy, answered all of our question thoroughly, and bent over backwards to get us everything we needed. We are very impressed with this company. I highly recommend.

This company provided an energy audit and fixed everything wrong with my ductwork, etc. Great energy conservation but the real plus was working with all the employees of Allbritten. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly, professional, with a positive can-do attitude. They showed up timely for all visits and cleaned up after all work. I would have not known they were in the house were it not for improved heat and business cards left behind for follow-up with each responsible person, plumbing, heating, etc. I have also called on the hottest day of the year, after returning home from work, only to find the AC was not on! Turns out I needed to replace battery in thermostat. But the woman who answered the phone patiently stayed on the line and talked me through the incident, ready to send a technician if dead battery wasn't the issue. What rare customer service! Thank you for a business relationship I can trust.
