Cher C.Find another company if ever you're looking for one to purchase or repair your ac. Purchased ac unit 5 years ago from them because they said they can't do anything with our old one. They also brought with them our old ac unit after that. Requested twice for cleaning service but nobody ever showed up. I don't know where do they get that 4 stars.
I understand this time of the year being busy, especially with the heat wave we are in...BUT to not have availability to service for over a week is inexcusable!! Thankfully, found a small, family business eager to help the same day! When businesses get too large, customer service is neglected...Will not call them again...

Larry S.technition showed up told me what was wrong and gave me a pricewhich didnt sound right so i got a second opinion the next guy asked me to open my breaker panel so he could reset the breaker since there was no power to the compressor . my question to allbritten was how could he properly check my problem without any power. i wanted my 65$ back and they said they would call me back that was over a week ago , if there was a negetive star rating thats what they would have gotten for trustworthyness and customer service

Natali C.Allbritten has saved us on multiple occasions. We use their AC and heater maintenance service and with that you get a discount on other repairs and priority service calls, and that has been such a huge help! We've had our kitchen sink plumbing clog, which caused water to run out at our washing machine and they came out same day and fixed it super quickly. Two summers ago our AC motor died, and they also came out same day to help. Their prices are reasonable, their staff are well-trained and friendly. And they even use a great system that lets you know when your repair person is arriving and who is arriving with a photo, which is a great safety feature. Honestly, if an issue comes up in our house (which is 50+ years old) we don't even think of calling anyone else - they're the best!
Nicole M.These guys are great! We started a service contract on our rental unit last year. The A/C system was old and we were advised it may be on it's last leg. We contracted with them to do a full replacement; new unit and ductwork. They not only moved us up a week, but finished quick. Their daily communication with regards to the technicians arrival, who it is and asking for feedback just shows how much they want to do right by their clients. They are a first and last stop. If you need to hire someone for plumbing (we used them as well) or A/C, call them.
After a few technicians from several local Ac businesses, we finally got to speak to Mat from Albritten. WOW! After speaking to him the first time I knew I wanted him to do our Hvac installation. He took the time to explain everything in detail. His estimate was very precise to our needs. He was so honest and not tried to sell us something we didn't need..Not to mention he took the time out of his day off and after hours to walk us thru this process. Definitely going to recommend him to my family and friends. THANK YOU MAT FOR EVERYTHING AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU

Respect their technicians boundaries is what was said to me by a manager of Allbrightten
Two technicians came to my door in masks. I meet them in a mask. I inform the technicians that I took my 2nd Vaccine on Monday and not feeling well.
I have a two story house. I tell them where the hose bib is and request to clean/wash my coils with detergent. I go inside and they go to their truck and proceed to get their ladders and gauges out. I hear them put one ladder on the first story and walk around. A few minutes later, next thing I know I see one of guys go into the drivers side truck and see the other guy holding the ladder and walks to the truck. I get a phone call. It's the technician saying they would have to reschedule because ""I wasn't feeling well"".
I ask him to explain what that means. He says ""because the air would be recycling and because you said you're sick we would need to reschedule""
I said ""I am not sick, I'm having side effects from taking the 2nd vaccine shot. I DO NOT have COVID-19"". So I called Allbrightten waited 6:42 for a young lady tell me she had respect their technicians boundaries because of these heightened times.
I say I get it. I understand if I have COVID-19 but I don't! I got my 2nd vaccine shot and feeling the side effects of the 2nd shot. And that's different from having COVID-19.
Bottom line this company did not do the job.
I believe this is a good case were education needs to happen on the difference between from actually having COVID-19 and receiving the vaccine and its side affects.
Lastly, I believe these two technicians saw how many times they'll need to go up and down the ladder, perform the service on my AC and get whatever stuff they may need. One aside to the other this guy has Covid-19 and I don't feel comfortable doing this job because the air is going to recycling and we may get COVID-19.
Mind you the guys already had ladders out got on the first level, looked at the second level, surveyed what needed to get done and decided they didn't want to do the JOB!
I feel like he thought I was a walking ATM machine. He discovered that I was not interested in replacing my A/C Unit, and suddenly found over $1200 worth of recommendations that I needed. From pitted connectors to surge protector to replacing my fan motor. We have been loyal Albritten customers since we purchased our home in 2010, utilizing your twice a year tuneup service. And have generally authorized any repairs your technician recommended. This visit was over the top as far as expensive recommendations. So much that we have chosen to NOT renew our service agreement with you. To top things off, we had Allbritten repair a leaky toilet yesterday, the part was about $20 at Lowes, total for Allbritten was $174. I understand there are labor and travel expenses, but this price was even after a 15% discount due to our being a service member.
I don't know what has transpired within your organization, however you have priced yourselves out of our price range. We have chosen to seek services from another company in the future.
