How it All Began
Kenny's upbringing was steeped in the air conditioning business. By the age of 11, he was accompanying his father on jobs, eager to help. For the next seven years, he learned and observed. In 1983, Kenny took the leap to establish his own company. He secured a contractor's license, collected tools, and purchased a truck to get started. At 28, he was operating out of his garage.

Those early days were challenging, but Kenny persevered through word of mouth. He arrived on schedule, did excellent work, and was well-liked. In 1989, he crossed paths with an icon in the home service industry, who took him under his wing for the next eight years. And the rest is a tale of growth and achievement.
