Kenny's upbringing was steeped in the air conditioning business. By 11, he was already shadowing his father on jobs, ready to lend a hand. Over the next seven years, he absorbed knowledge and skills. In 1983, Kenny's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to start his own venture. He obtained a contractor license, gathered tools, and bought a truck to begin. At the age of 28, he was running his business from his garage.
