How it All Began
Kenny was raised in the air conditioning industry. At just 11 years old, he was riding along with his dad on jobs, doing what he could. During the following seven years, he listened, watched, and learned. In 1983, Kenny took the leap to establish his own company. He secured a contractor's license, collected tools, and purchased a truck to get started. At 28, he was operating out of his garage.

Those initial days were difficult, but Kenny relied on good word of mouth. He arrived on schedule, did excellent work, and was well-liked. In 1989, he crossed paths with an icon in the home service industry, who guided him for the following eight years. And the rest, as they say, is history.
