Kenny's upbringing was steeped in the air conditioning business. At just 11 years old, he was riding along with his dad on jobs, doing what he could. During the following seven years, he listened, watched, and learned. In 1983, Kenny's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to start his own venture. He secured a contractor's license, collected tools, and purchased a truck to get started. At the age of 28, he was running his business from his garage.

The beginning was tough, yet Kenny thrived on positive referrals. He arrived on schedule, did excellent work, and was well-liked. In 1989, he met a legend in the home service industry, who guided him for the following eight years. And the rest is a tale of growth and achievement.
