I had a terrible experience with All Safe Electric and would not recommend them. They did not show up at their confirmed time window and when I called them the customer service person was extremely rude. She said I had not called them within one hour of the text they sent last week and they just canceled the appointment. I did, however, speak with a representative last week and had a confirmation. Bad service, rude employees equals no business. I decided to go elsewhere and will never use their service in the future.

You have been warned. They sent an electrician to my house in an unmarked vehicle that had no TX Electrical contractor license number on the side as required and the electrician said they haven't put the sticker yet because it is a new van. I said ok and asked for his electrician card or some other credentials, the electrician said he lost his wallet. I said that's ok and asked if we could look up his license on TDLR website, then he said, ""I need to leave"". The office called insisted the electrician had a license with TDLR but refused to tell me the number so I could confirm. If that's not a huge red flag, then I don't know what is. They gave nothing but excuses to what I thought were simple questions. Shanda called from the office and accused me of being hostile over the phone, said they were not interested in working with me and said they were going to ask AHS to appoint another contractor. I only want licensed electricians working in my home, period. My home warranty company appointed this contractor, not me. After this experience, I would never call All Safe Electric to work on my home. Typical of AHS to use outfits like this, smh.

American Home Shield contracted All Safe Electric to service my electric needs. Only 1 issue was fixed, was told outside lights that are attached to the home would be covered-wasn't, they were supposed to come back to repair the ceiling fan/didn't, didn't even check it. Was left several messages to call me back and guess what, didn't. Very poor customer service.

AHS Home Warranty company sent them to me to fix an exposed wire in my kitchen, the technician said it was too difficult to take care of (he didn't bother capping it at all) and just left it. He marked it as 'no issue' to AHS so AHS thinks the problem is fixed... Don't use them...

2nd time to use ALL SAFE ELECTRIC and are glad we have used
ALL SAFE!
We were impressed both times - ended up with the same technician. This time, he put in 6 GFI outlets, which he put in quickly. They look nicer than regular outlets and are much safer.
We have been very pleased each time we have talked to the owner, Reed. We feel he is honest and eager to make the customer satisfied.
I recommend them.

I wish I could give this company negative stars! The technician sent to my home did not know what he was doing, and he provided no information regarding the issue, except he needed another person to help determine the problem. However, the report given to the home warranty company stated that there isn't access to the wiring-again none of this information was conveyed to me by the technician. Of course he couldn't schedule an appointment, so I tried calling the office. The one time that I get through-the young lady was extremely rude and would not make another appointment without the technician's report. I tried calling numerous times to check the status, and I have yet to get ahold of anyone. Do not recommend this company!

The company All Safe A/C service on time very nice Technician got in there and got it done very polite.

Our technician Larry was very friendly and helpful. He arrived on time and was very professional. I would recommend All Safe Electrical to anyone with electrical or AC issues.

So my heater went out and called out one of those large companies that advertise on tv to come out to fix it. My home was built in 1985 and my panel and ac unit are very old. The other company quoted me almost the cost of a new SUV!!! I saw this company in my local NOW magazine and that they do free second opinions. I was kind of worried due to the previous reviews but I called and spoke with the office manager and she explained their process. They were able to give me a package deal and even was able to do financing on the whole project. I had a new electrical panel and full ac/furnace installed. I was so thrilled with the entire process and know what a great deal I got. I would refer to anyone I know and in fact having them look at my parents house next week.

All Safe Electric was sent to my house by AHS. I showed the electrician several things that needed to be fixed in my house, and he only fixed one easy stuff and said his company will call me to set a new appointment for the rest since he didn't have the parts for the other repairs. They never called me. So I called AHS and learned that they claimed they already fixed my problem and if I wanted the rest fixed, I would need to open a new ticket. That means I would have to pay another trip charge of $75. They are deceptive. If you have AHS, and All Safe Electric is assigned for your repair, demand for a different company to do the work!
