All Safe Electric was sent to my house by AHS. I showed the electrician several things that needed to be fixed in my house, and he only fixed one easy stuff and said his company will call me to set a new appointment for the rest since he didn't have the parts for the other repairs. They never called me. So I called AHS and learned that they claimed they already fixed my problem and if I wanted the rest fixed, I would need to open a new ticket. That means I would have to pay another trip charge of $75. They are deceptive. If you have AHS, and All Safe Electric is assigned for your repair, demand for a different company to do the work!

I have had to deal with this company through AHS and every time I have had to deal with them they are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. The office manager is so unprofessional and is as rude as anyone can be. AHS should quit using these people as a service provider. Further, they never seem to be able to fix the problem. Stay away from All Safe cause they are anything but safe to use.

I would give lower if possible. Obtained their service via a Home Warranty contract. The technician informed me he couldn't fix my doorbell because it ran through an intercom system of which he wasn't familiar. This wasn't before he dismantled the doorbell which is now inoperable and lost a screw that make it impossible for me to fix myself.

To make matters worse, I contacted the company and received very nasty remarks in addition to the person essentially calling me a liar.

I am now out of a service fee and have a broken doorbell. Please share with others as I can't believe how terrible I was treated.

This is the Houston team.

AHS assigned All Safe Electric to look on multiple issues in our (not so new) house we recently bought. Long story short, the technician arrived late (and we had to call them to ask is he coming at all) and did not fix anything. Actually, he didn't even look on problems he have! He checked one not-working ceiling light, told, they will need to order the parts, but WE need to contact All Safe electric and request it (he gave us a part number), and then make another appointment to install them, and that the warranty is not gonna cover it. He didn't even look on more serious electrical issues we had, just left. My husband had to take the day off from work for that?
On a good side, everyone was polite. On the phone and personally. But we still need to find an electric.

I was referred to All Safe Electric through American Home Shield, whom I've used multiple times for other home needs. All State was the first vendor that wasn't prompt with responding to my call. It took over 48 business hours and me leaving two follow up messages for me to be contacted. Then the window that they provided that was 5 hours for them to arrive with only a 15-minute warning before their arrival vs most reputable companies provide a 30-minute heads up when they are on their way. Their small window of ETA made it impossible to get anything accomplished away from the home in Houston. The service wasn't provided and my account is still being charged. This was a rip-off, a waste of time, and a poor reflection on American Home Shield vendor selection process.

AHS assigned All Safe Electric to have a look at bad ceiling fan at one of my properties and it has been 5 weeks and they have not changed out the fan. Also they planned to replace my Hunter fan with a Hampton bay. I wish I had looked them up on Yelp before allowing them to step into my house.

Also had them sent to me by my home warranty. Electrician came out, tested our two bathroom exhaust vents and said both of them needed new motors. He then informed us they would have to be ordered and he'd be back to install once they came in. This was on June 7th. Then today, I called to see what was taking so long to find out they weren't ordered and would not be replaced. The woman I spoke with said the tech that came out told them the fans did not fail and they wouldn't work on them! Are you kidding me? A complete and utter lie. DO NOT do business with this company. If they are dishonest up front, I can only imagine the horrible work you would get from them if they actually did do what they said they would. We have reported them to our home warranty, and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

All Safe was assigned to me by AHS for what turned out to be a very simple fix. The contractor arrived several hours past their window, but they did a good job of keeping me appraised of their ETA throughout the day. Fortunately I have a flexible job so that wasn't an issue for me.

The contractor, when he arrived, was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions and provided tips on things I can do/avoid that will help with making sure future warranty calls are covered.

Like others here, I was assigned All Safe by my warranty company. I had a GFCI outlet that burned up. I made the claim online on a Sunday, All Safe called on Monday and had someone out on Tuesday. So far so good.

The technician was at my home for about half a hour assessing everything. He said one of the wires had probably come loose on the outlet causing arching which then caused it to burn up. He initially said no problem, he could easily replace the outlet. Unfortunately when he looked closer he noticed that in the process the insulation on the wires had been melted off which meant the wiring needed to be replaced. This would entail removing sheet rock, etc. He complained a couple of times about what a difficult job it would be and even tried to convince me to just tape up the wiring and not have an outlet there. When I told him I wanted the outlet repaired he then said it was a two person job and that he would need to write a report to get it approved by the warranty company and that I would hear back from them by the end of the week to schedule the repair.

The short version is after calling All Safe a couple of times to get updates (they were always pleasant on the phone but never really had any information) I finally got a call from my warranty company almost two weeks later. The All Safe technician wrote in his report that the damage was caused because the GFCI was installed on a lighting circuit and should only have been installed on an outlet circuit. Therefore it was not covered because they do not cover improper wiring.

The problem is that this is a complete lie. There is not one light switch on the circuit. The GFCI was on a circuit of six outlets. He knew this because we looked at each outlet on the circuit together. He never once mentioned anything about it being on a lighting circuit (because it's not.) I'm convinced he lied to get ouf of doing the repair, which in turn screws me over. I could tell he really did not want to do it.

According to my warranty company the only thing I can do is hire another electrician on my own dime to dispute the report. If I successfully dispute it (and it's up to the warranty company to determine which report they will believe) then they will have All Safe or another one of their contractors out to do the repair.

Stay away from All Safe if you have a choice.
