Once again Customer Service at its best...Jesus not only diagnosed the problem as not a costly slab issue in the middle of my family room as we all thought, but found the the issue to be the tiniest of pin hole leaks in a refrigerator line that had been unnoticed by all for a long period of time. Then inside of 15 min replaced the hose and all was gone! Thank you again All Pro! Jesus you are the best!

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Gary came out and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. He was also clean, respectful, funny and kind! I will always ask for Gary at All Pro. He's awesome!

Don Mitchell and ALL PRO PLUMBING went above and beyond. I received a call from Don, letting me know that he was in my 95 year old father's home. He told me when they are called to an elderly person's home, they like to let a family member know they are in the home. I thought that was very considerate and responsible. I'm sure one of my siblings knew Dad had called for service but since I live out of town, I did not.

Don went on to tell me that the service request was not major and would only take a few minutes to complete. Further, he had called his manager
and the service would be completed at no charge! Don told me that this something they often do for the elderly. How awesome is that?
No Service fee or labor charge, he just had Dad
sign a ""0"" balance invoice.

I will recommend ALL PRO PLUMBING, HEATING & AIR to everyone! Thank you Don!

Scheduling with All Pro is not good. First appointment was scheduled several days in advance and they still were not on time and had to be rescheduled. Next. appointment scheduled for next day and again were again delayed. I've spent a lot of time waiting on this company.

Second, pricing is outrageous. $675 to replace a toilet flange. This was the estimate which I approved. I didn't really know how long it would take and at this point just wanted it fixed. I said go ahead. Took about two hours and it was done. Have since looked how much it should have cost and $675 is beyond the ""high"" price! Shame on me as I should have done my homework to know what price to really expect. Just because they quote the high end, if it takes less time, they certainly could have charged less.

The repairmen are good, personable and am happy with their service.

Based upon PRICE, I would NOT use them again. Based on appointment scheduling, probably as good/bad as others, they certainly are NOT good though at keeping to the scheduled times. Based upon service, they were good and that is why I used them this second time.

Overall, based in second experience, I will NOT use them again. This is a reflection of company scheduling and pricing practices, not on the repairmen themselves.

Dan Chavez was very professional & friendly and very knowledgeable in his work. Dan explained ever step that he was going to perform and he was very opened to answering our questions & concerns too. Awful service. Can't get to the appointment on time! Then call after everyone is closed and wants to over price the service! Keep looking folks this is not the company for you.

The only reason I am being generous and giving one star is because this companies office staff are kind on the phone.

I called for a consultation on 12/19 regarding my backyard drains being clogged. The girl on the phone said a plumber would have to come out for a FREE consult to look at the drains in order to give a price. They could not provide pricing on the phone because they did not know what kind of drains they were.

I got an appointment time for 12/20 between 12 and 2pm and was told the plumber would call me prior to arrival. At 130pm, after no call, I called the company to confirm the plumber was going to come out and the office staff said he was running behind but would call me ASAP to confirm when he would arrive. At 3pm I received a call from GARY who sounded like he hated life. He told me the price to snake an outdoor drain was $250 for the first hour and approximately $100 for every hour after. I asked him if he was going to come out to our house to look at the drain for the free consult and he kept saying he was giving me the pricing over the phone. I told him we had been waiting 3 hours and a plumber was supposed to come to the house for a FREE consult to determine possible job timing and he continued to tell me he only had to give me pricing over the phone. After him hanging up and me having to call him back, and him saying he was not coming out I told him no to services.

I called back company who advised me that dispatch showed he had arrived at our house. The staff member asked me if the technicians name was GARY and when I said yes she sounded like he was a problem for them.

Though she apologized for the poor customer service I declined services.

I did not wait three hours for someone to call me and give me pricing, without looking at the problem, so they can be lazy and not properly do their job.

I couldn't recommend this business enough! We had a bad clog in our drains causing water to flood the tub whenever we flushed the toilets. After calling several places we ended up with 2 no call backs and 2 saying they couldn't do the job. So we found All Pro and they said they could definitely do it. Unfortunately I had to go to work leaving my senior parents, who were already a little upset about the problem, to deal with the plumber. My parents were so incredibly happy with Jeff! He was very courteous, professional and reassuring. The problem wasn't easy but he did a very high quality job, got rid of the clog, and made sure everything was in good running order. I wish I had been able to thank him in person because getting great customer service yourself is great, but when someone gave quality service that is honest, reliable and high quality for your aging parents that means the world! Thank you Jeff!
