All pro plumbing was contracted to provide a check up on my HVAC system. After an inspection they provide me with option based on the issues they found. My system was over 20 years old and they showed me all the ways it was failing. They provided me with several options but ultimately the entire system needed to be replaced because the heat exchanger had a crack in it. The came out that late afternoon, discussed my options and replace the entire system the next day. I am extremely happy with All Pro and they were also able to setup a great financing plan for me all the same evening.

I scheduled an AC service and was given a window of 12-4pm. At 4:00 pm I called because no technician had arrived after waiting around all day . They told me the tech was an hour out . I had to go to work at 5 so I told them to cancel it . Terrible first impression.

We had to replace our outdated HVAC system, which was not cheap, but the outstanding service helped soften the blow... no, not really, it still felt like a sucker punch to the gut, but not because of the staff; the service was excellent.
All of the technicians who came to inspect our old system and install the new were professional and courteous. The work was done in a day, and they left not a trace of dust/dirt behind. There was a mixup with the brand of thermostat control, but they returned to replace that, which took all of 30 minutes. The sales rep, Anthony, was personable, friendly, gave us plenty of options, and kindly followed up to make sure everything had been completed satisfactorily. He personally saw to it that our thermostat control was replaced at a convenient time for us.
Overall, we have a new HVAC system that is quieter, more energy efficient (I hope!), and looks much better than we had before.

Upon initial inspection by Dennis Cruz, was told it would be $875 to change two circuits in our electrical panel. Allowing this did not restore power, and was told that a costly return visit with diagnostic equipment would be needed. Could not risk spending so much more to this company that could not locate the problem. Later had ATI come out and they promptly found a poorly-wired Quiet Cool in our attic, and told us that those circuits only cost $20 each. All-Pro is not reputable or trustworthy, not returning my calls.

Today ALL PRO plumbing technician Shon Jordan performed checks and service on the hot-water heater of my home. He checked and explained all service points and what it would look like if its defective or replacement time.
He discovered three key areas that needs attention and I decided to go with his recommendation siding on prevention. I have been a regular customer of All Pro monthly membership program for several years, because prevention is more cost effective.
Shon worked well and I strongly recommend him.

I will not hire them for another job at all!! Just make sure you find a second quote for any plumbing or electrical before you agree to this company. They are OVERPRICED!! They have ridiculous, unitemized charges that would amount to a very high grand total, then they would throw in some specials and discounts to make it look that they are helping you save money. Just beware. There are more company that will do the job, even better for less amount.

We had issues with several things last year. we had All Pro replace the HVAC, clean and replace ducts and replace the water softener with a complete home water filtration system. we also signed up for maintenance. so far everything is running smoothly. one thing that stands out is all the employees we've met are clean, friendly, know what they're doing, and leave things clean and working.
Today they sent Mike Byars out to fix a toilet issue. We also had him fix the water pressure valve. Done and done. We wouldn't hesitate to have him come out should we need other work.
Plumbers aren't usually my favorite thing...more like dentists, if you know what I mean; yet, if you have to have one, give All Pro and Mike Byars a call.

All Pro Plumbing came out several times to provide various services. First time they installed a tankless water heater. They kept cancelling Apts. Within an hour of the apt. Over a number of days. Second time they made a toilet repair. It took three senate visits for them to do the pair correctly - install correctly and use the right parts. The third visit was to service my water heater. After the service I was sent several times a group of estimates on replacing parts on a six month old water heater, that should be under warranty. Nice people, but not trust worthy.

Tonight Paul came to our home to tune up our AC unit and inspected our heating and air conditioning unit ,as well as, our air ducts. His customer service was Fantastic, he was very courteous, efficient. knowledgeable and thorough I was blown away by the details he was able to share with us and how much cooler the air was after his tune up. Paul's service was an A+! Ask for Paul if you want great service!!!
