One of our air units started throwing out hot air. In summer during this heat of course. I called AllPro and they sent daniel he came same day. He was very nice and broke everything down to me gave us all our options. It was bad news the unit was no good and he tried everything he could do to revive it. He also mentioned the other unit had alot of problems and was gonna die roughly within a year. We decided to get a quote for air one unit and also if we decided to get 2 new air units along with the two heaters. That required someone else to come out. They had mike come down same day to check out the units so he can give us the best prices.
We sat down got the prices broken down to us the best unit middle unit and the cheapest unit. He gave us plenty of price options. Once we decided what we were going to go with mike got on the phone with daniel he came back to us with a better price he was very nice and did his best to make it happen. We went forward we had to wait for them to get to get the parts and would be a few days to get it installed mike got us a air unit to help us survive the heat. When the day came to install it which would take 2 days for 2 units to replace everything with new parts and keep us with one air unit on and not leave us without air conditioning in this heat. Jesse and Chris who came to install the air units were very professional let me know how the day would go answered all my questions did a clean job they didn't make a mess which I appreciate whenever they came in they had a masks and used booties to not track in any dirt from outside. My family and I are pleased with our overall experience with AllPro and would highly recommend them. Now we are nice a cool for the heat and cold in the years to come.

This company is awful.
I called them in November 2019 because my heat wouldn't come on. They correctly diagnosed it as a problem with the flame sensor, charged me for the service call (which is fine), but then quoted me $600 to replace it and said they wouldn't be able to do it until after the weekend.
After they left, I googled ""flame sensor,"" and the first hit was a youtube video showing how to clean a dirty flame sensor. Did it. Took 5 minutes. Problem solved.
Once these scumbags had my phone number, they then started harassing me with dishonest robocall spam saying my ""AC safety evaluation is due."" I imagine that line works pretty well for them in victimizing older people who think they're really in danger.

I put a call into ALL PRO for a clogged shower drain, hoping for same day service after an alternate plumbing company cancelled on me at the last minute! They accommodated my request and Anderw Y. and Austin showed up, as promised. They quickly assessed the problem and corrected it very quickly. They were both very professional and even took the time to thank my 98 year old Grandpa for his services as a Vetetan of the Navy! I will definitely call these guys back for any plumbing needs we may have. Thank you for accommodating my needs and assessing the issue so quickly!

We called to have a new valve placed in out shower and fix a leak. Ed came that same day and worked fast to help keep our project on track!! He was very nice and professional and was upfront with the pricing. We will be using All Pro Plumbing again because of employees like Ed.

Leo and John came out to do our annual water heater flush and I couldn't be happier with their work. Nice guys. Great service. Explained everything in detail. Conducted a plumbing safety evaluation at no charge and pointed out an issue with one of our toilets running continuously. Highly recommend this company.

I have to say I have always really appreciated the work that All Pro has performed throughout the years. Today I was truly impressed with the service Kevin Elvir came out this afternoon and cleared out the drain lines. This is where he went above what I expected. He cleaned my shower floor from all the scum that accumulated from the sewage back up. He has truly given an attention to detail to his work ethic. Thanks again Kevin and All Pro for always sending Top performers.

It is frustrating to deal with a surprise plumbing issue that was part of the original install to a home main sewer line. The ""Pomona T-Line"" cast iron link to the main sewer line is/was a terrible problem to have to handle. We were very pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism and care exemplified from Andrew A., Chris, Bryan, Ivan & Travis. These guys delivered and exceeding our expectations!

I would recommend this team to anyone dealing with plumbing issues - big or small. These guys are out there and making a difference. SALUTE to All Pro Plumbing for having this squad who represented their company professionally and performed high quality work.

This post is a little late. Leo from All Pro came to my mom and dad's house and he provided excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable, did great work, and helped resolve the issue my parents had with their water heater. I highly recommend All Pro and their employee Leo!
