Steer very clear! This company is scam. They state it is a free estimate will then charge for a supposed. They came and supposedly did work and charged $1,700+ for something that was supposed to be an easy simple and fast fix. A day later a leak started from the ceiling damaging my washer and completely ruining it I call them out again and now they quoted $20,000 and refused to refund me or fix the issue. Why quote $1700 then state it will be $20,000 instead? I kept calling for a supervisor and one never called me back. After many attempts I informed them if a supervisor did not call me back I would be forced to file a charge back and that they are more than welcome to come ""undo"" whatever they supposedly did. I have to buy a new dryer and call another company to fix my ceiling and the leak. I have pictures and proof of everything they claimed they did but actually didn't do. I filed a chargeback and will be taking them to small claims court. Tired of being hounded by them for money but they refuse to act professionally and get a supervisor involved like I had requested. They are money hungry and have zero morals.

First of all, they took advantage of my parents who are 90 and 91, and installed a $25,000 heating and air conditioning unit. All they needed was a new wall thermometer. When we found out, they were installing it, we called them and told them to cancel, but they told us that a contract was already signed, and they wouldn't stop. And then they charge a $20 membership fee every month. Looks like the comfort advisor was Anthony Edwards.
Because of this installation on an older home, we are now having issues with leaky pipes all over the house. I do not recommend this business, and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I have used this company before. When you call the office Sarah and Priscilla both were very curteous and professional. With this company there is no extended wait time. Brian Sparks was sent out to go through a electrical maintenance survey in our home. He was able to answer any questions I had. We agreed to upgrade our electrical fuse box. Brain took the time to explain everything about the box so that I fully understood how it worked and what needed to be done. He came the next day to upgrade the box. He did not try to upset anything. He is an electrician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to this company.

Had All Pro come check our nest unit for our heater as there was delays in turning on. Guy arrived seemed nice, talked about his education and how he is certified in fixing Lennox systems and went into the attic where the unit is. Did his diagnostic and showed us some photos of the state of the unit. A bit dirty, showed some dark spots on evaporator coil, possibly mold or mildew, our scrubber was supposedly not working, claimed dampers switches were not working, said unit was going out. He also did a test on the outside air conditioner unit where the unit and said frion was low and capacitor was going out. After this, said we should get a new entire heat/air unit. Cost was around $25k. We were confused as our home was built new in 2019 and unit is only about 6 years old. We know our unit should have a warranty if it was going out but he never mentioned to try and repair any of the issues he mentioned. To clean the unit was an outrageous $$$$. Only paid $$$ to get the mold/mildew cleaned as our daughter sleeps in the room below the unit as it scared us. We told him we could not buy a new unit at this time but his finance guy was pushy in trying to make us get a new unit. Once he left, we contacted a friend at another company and the came out yesterday. We paid $$ for Tune up which included cleaning some areas of the unit. Unit is working better then before courtesy of the tune up. He was able to fix our scrubber and mentioned to properly diagnose the air unit, it needs to be running or have the fan outside insulated to have proper readings. Will never work with All Pro again as the continously will try to upset you even when you tell them no.

This company is a scam like everyone says!! They came and fixed our toilet a week ago and told us the price of $165 but, if we got the membership then the service for that time will be free. Week later had the same issue he comes knocking on the door saying the issue is going to keep happening and that we need to just replace the toilet which would be $1000. We said no just do the same service again. Asked what the price after the membership is and he said well normal price is $190 so member price is $139. We asked how come last time it was $165 without the membership and this time it's $190. He said prices go up so in one week their prices went up according to him. I think it's just a way for them to get people to call them back and when they arrive scam people into paying more. Public restrooms have ADA toilets and it's not a full proof way for them to not clog so if after paying $1000 they would still keep scamming us if our toilet kept clogging after the fact too. I see other reviews about their equipment too and them not protecting it. I wish I looked at reviews before today before calling them in the first place and following for the membership scam.

The technician Luis p was great he was professional and polite and worked on a good time. the bad thing was the company itself took 3 days to actually send someone or Knowledge me as a valued customer and didn't actually thought I was worth getting someone out right away cause I used a coupon.
Furthermore the company uses their employees to blackmail customers as to force customer to give 5 stars review lying about their service so the employees get a miserably $25 commission that really got me mad, also how come you have to take pictures of everything and make me sign a long long contract that I don't know what it says because I m not given enough time to read trough companies do this to scam people why not just do the job you were hired to do and take pay and give receipt simple. Why you have to complicate things. So hey All Pro give Luis his $25. Ok. And you get 0 stars, sheesh .

The Last Few Times I've Called For There services ....... (Mind You I Am A Member) They Have Been Rescheduling me So Why Did I Think Today Was Going To Be any different I Had An Appointment time from 10am -2pm window @ 8:06 I received a call asking can they reschedule or Come in the afternoon i opted for the afternoon & Here it is 5pm & I have not heard from the. My Guess is There going to call tomorrow & Say They Can provide Service but the thing is I'll be @ workin Not like to day Az I took the day off for there service time they appointed me. ....Concerned Home Owner Dorian English
