Rob Tardi replaced the electrical panel, installed a ceiling fan and 2 bathroom fans. The job was tough - the bathroom fans had a tight fit. Rob did am amazing job with all three projects. He was on time, neat , and professional. I recommend his company and wiil use him again.

We had our AC hooked up by a different company before we found Rob. Rob came to hook up our heater, but was also able to point out several safety things the other guys did wrong. He was able to type them up so that we could have the other guys fix them. Rob is very very knowledgeable, timely, professional and does high quality work. His work is very neat and he cleans up well. I would highly recommend him.

Years ago Rob earned our trust on his first service visit for HVAC work on our house because of his professionalism, great customer service, really fair pricing. We've used him ever since, most recently a few days ago, on a triple digit day, when our 14 year old roof unit was making wrong noises and would not shut off. Yep, my AC went down on the hottest day ever recorded in Burbank. The contractor that American Home Shield dispatched could not get here for several days. So I called ten AC companies, mostly all referrals off of nextdoor.com. I had mixed results with attempting to leave messages, etc. I am so happy to tell you first off that Marilyn in Rob's office was an absolute delight. Rob arrived on time today (one day after I called) and was the epitome of professionalism and so very pleasant. He got me up and running quickly, answered all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly and charged me a very fair price. Can't say enough good things about All Power Services.
UPDATE - JULY 3
The AC went out again yesterday so I called Rob. He offered to come today - on a Sunday - during a three day weekend. He arrived early, as polite and professional as before and found a broken switch that needed to be replaced. He fixed it quickly and charged me an extremely fair price. This is the kind of service that keeps people coming back. I will refer all of my friends and neighbors to All Power Services in the future.

This review specifically reflects the Electrician (Tim) they sent out to us. We needed a fast turnaround and All Power accommodated us which was good. They sent out an electrician (Tim) to look at our HVAC and electric panels. Tim arrived an hour late. After introductions, he entered the house walked into the kitchen and started to undo the belt on his pants. Creepy, I know. My Fiancee offered him the use of the bathroom, but he ignored her as he slipped a meter holster onto his belt and then put it back on.

He looked at the HVAC and panels. I shadowed him asking questions. He told me that because I was asking questions, he would not be able to take notes. I asked him if that would be a problem, he said no. For some reason I let myself believe him.

The Zinsco electric panel we need replaced was in the kitchen. When he looked at it and removed the cover he noted issues with it and stated that it needed to be replaced. When re-attaching the cover he decided to add some screws to secure it better, so he found wood screws and drilled them into metal stripping it completely. It is now impossible to remove without cutting into the wall.

He looked at an outlet near the sink and noted that it needed to be GFCI. Then when re-attaching, he cracked it.

He noted numerous issues regarding grounding and other GFCI circuits. I asked about fixing the Mastik on the roof, as well as replacing some circuits on the main panel for safety. He agreed. I told him that we didn't want to replace the panel, he agreed.

When he delivered his report (an hour before my deadline) he didn't include about 75% of what we talked about. Furthermore, he gave an estimate for replacing the back panel which we specifically stated we did NOT want to do.

As this inspection was part of our contingencies for a home purchase, his poor demeanor, lack of professionalism and horrendous listening skills were reflected in his report making it barely useful. Even our realtor and her firm were upset about how this all happened. If this is reflective of how other employees at All Power are, they should be seen as highly rated and one could assume that they are only so because of gaming Yelp.

Rob Tardi came out to the business I work at in Los Angeles. We were having trouble with our air conditioner and it was hotter than heck. We were all sweltering in the office.

I called All Power Services. We were quickly booked an appointment by Marilyn at the front desk (who's a doll) and Rob came out to save the day. He worked fast, thoroughly, and professionally. He completely repaired the A/C and put in a new, easy to use thermostat. He showed me and my co-worker's how to operate it and answered any questions we had.

The A/C has been working perfectly ever since and we've been nicely cooled off during the hot days and comfortably warmed up during the cold days.

His pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable and he is hands down the best A/C/heating/HVAC/General Contractor guy around.

I wouldn't call anyone else to assist my workplace. Also, if I ever need anything on my personal residence I will definitely be calling him.

Highly recommend. Don't pay attention to those few 1 star reviews. He's a legitimate, hard working, honest and competent person.

I'm completely satisfied with the furnace they installed in my home. I did some research and their pricing was more than fair. They were pleasant and responsive to all my questions and needs. I will certainly continue to use All Power for my HVAC needs!

I am very surprised at anything less than 5 STARS for Rob Tardi and All Power Services. Rob and his team are some of the best tradespeople (if not the best) we've ever had in our home. Rob delivered exactly what was promised in the time it was promised for the amount estimated! And we have now had our A/C unit for almost a year and are thrilled with the way it is working to cool our home.

Not only that, but Rob himself is a wonderful trustworthy and very hardworking person who you want to do business with. I highly recommend All Power Services for any kind of HVAC work in the Los Angeles Area! Thanks Rob for your service. Go Canada!

We had all power services do an inspection on our house when we bought it. Their service was fine.

We chose to use them to address some of the problems identified (faulty sub panels). We had numerous issues. To start, Rob does not do the electrical work. He subcontracts it to other electricians, but does not seem to communicate well with them. Instead of a relatively straightforward update of the sub panels, we ended up with a multi-day project, holes in the exterior of the house (with rain on the way!!) and had loose ends that weren't tied up for 2 weeks after the project.

I had the work inspected by other reputable electricians and it seems to be safe, etc.

Rob never gave us a heads up about the scope of the project, never asked before knocking holes in our walls, and seemed incredulous that I would have wanted advance notice to set up a contractor to repair the work etc. We were left scrambling and adding significant cost to the project. I also told Rob that I wanted to be there for all work and they sent the electrician out to finish some work without my consent or advance notice.

Yelp and Angie's List are filled with people with great ratings. Don't waste your time with All Power Services and save yourself some headaches.

If length of time dealing with someone counts for anything, I can tell you that I've been using Rob Tardi and All Power Services for over 20 years and have NEVER been disappointed with the service or professionalism of him or his staff. Given that at one point, we had a large ranch with multiple electrical and AC issues--all of which he addressed quickly and well--we've had to deal with more complex issues than many people.

The work that he did to get our large koi pond working again and the recent work on our townhome were, as usual, excellent! I have done surveys for his office manager on all recent jobs and have recommended him to others, without hesitation. And for the record, I used to work in construction of expensive homes, used many sub-contractors over the years, and know something about the business--the good, the bad, the ugly--and All Power Services rate high with me!
