Long overdue review! Jason helped us with a leak from our shower during the holidays. It was a busy time, so I didn't get around to leaving a review until now. But he was very reliable & honest with his work! He gave us good advice & referred us to a restoration company to help us with a dry out. Overall super happy with his service & work! Reported issues with two toilets in the house, and although in Murphy's Law fashion the check up on the toilets did not require All City's services - Jessica set the appointment right away for same day service. Jonathan was patient and thorough. Checked water quality and filter systems to ensure we understand what to anticipate in the future based on local water knowledge regarding minerals and sediment. We will like move forward with his suggestions as it presents value add to avoid future issues! Thank you for your quick response.

I had a pinhole leak in a elbow copper pipe. I got an estimate from Steve Lopez for $1800 and a second for $3200 to include piping that has no relation to where the leak was coming from. I just bought a copper elbow for $2 and did it myself.

I paid over 6 thousand for pipe repair seemed to be very thorough but never finished the job and left a mess. I am still waiting for them to return to replace a drain cap. It took them 4 days to pickup mud and dirt on the sidewalk in front of my house. They always responded until i paid the bill. They promised to be be back to change drain cap and never did even after calling and stating the would. They charged me 700 to jet kitchen sink pipe that was a 15 min job then walked next door and charged my neighbor half of what i was charged the same exact day. Again work seemed to be done up to standard but not reliable, didn't finish the job, left a mess, and fare pricing. I would never hire this company.
