I don't usually write reviews, but I want to take the time to write one for Jose Pineda because he deserves it. We had a water pipe burst over the weekend, and after two days without water and multiple attempts to fix it ourselves unsuccessfully, we decided to call a plumber.

Jose Pineda showed up at our home less than an hour after I made the call and was polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. Thankfully, he's bilingual and didn't mind explaining everything to my grandmother in Spanish. He went over our options, weighed the pros and cons with us, and was patient and thorough when answering our questions before we made a decision.

Overall, Pineda's work was exceptional. I can tell he has lots of experience and is passionate about what he does due to the quality of work he did for us and the fact that he worked on our home till about 1:00 AM without taking a break. I am forever grateful for Pineda, his wisdom, and his talent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs quality plumbing work done.

Thank you, Jose, for everything you did for us and our home. You're the best!

Jose was the technician they sent out for the free consultation. He was very courteous, consultative, and thorough with his work. My garbage disposal wasn't working properly and sink was draining slowly because of the way our piping is designed and Jose did not push to immediately do anything; however, he provided helpful insight into how the current setup could eventually lead to water leakage. I decided to replace all pipes and install a new garbage disposal and I was impressed with how meticulous Jose was in triple checking his work and explaining the before and after with video.

Huge shot out to Dylan and Parker for their amazing work. We had a slab leak and had to move quickly. They provided us our options and once we decided to re-pipe it felt like it was over before it even started! These guys not only move fast but the quality, professionalism, dedication, passion really shined throughout this whole process! I would give this company a 10 star if it was possible.

I just had my 2nd slab leak at this home and was absolutely heartbroken I had to go through it all again. Plummers, restoration, drywall, paint, insurance, etc.

My guys were Dylan and Parker, and if it wasn't for them I probably would have just patched it and moved on. They made us all so comfortable and explained everything so well, that we ended up re-piping the entire home and replaced our dated water heater with a tankless & duo water softener system.

I can't say enough great things about these two, they did absolutely everything from start to finish in four days. FOUR DAYS. Such quality work, it was incredible to watch. I'll never use anyone else, these two are my plumbers for life.

Once again, All City Plumbing to the rescue! So grateful for the ACP team, especially Ivan Gonzalez and Felipe Rodriguez for their amazing work! They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately began working on the issue. They were extremely professional the entire time and kept me constantly updated on all progress of the work performed. Our home had a leak in the pipe that goes from the main water meter to our house. Originally, I only selected to fix the pipe where the hose connects to, but we ended up fixing the remainder of the pipe to make sure there were no more leaks! Everything is fully functional!
