Sorry, this is late... I had a leak in my garage ceiling & needed a assessment of the leak & where it was coming from. The All City tech, Miguel Valtierra, was the one who responded. Miguel was very professional & friendly. He explained to me what would be done which involved opening up (cutting into) the ceiling and some of the wall. Of course this was alarming to me. To my relief, Miguel opened up the wall & ceiling but did not have to cut out gapping holes. He was able to determine exactly where the leak was & provided an recommendation about what needed to be repaired. Everything worked out well due to Miguel's great work! I highly recommend this company & tech!!!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink sensor. I called All City Plumbing and Ronda did the triage. Lorenzo Luna, our technician, was at our house within the hour. He was kind, thoughtful and efficient. He resolved the issue right away. I am so pleased with the service both Ronda and Lorenzo provided. I'll be using them again if we have other plumbing issues. We found out our kitchen faucet had a leak from the top and made its way down to the bottom cabinet. This was an urgent matter as the water would damage our countertops and the bottom cabinet. We called All City Plumbing (middle of the day) on a Sunday and gave us the soonest appointment being next day Monday. We were so pleased with Jesse he was very knowledgeable and polite. He informed us how these things can happen and how to best avoid it. He got our problem fixed in no time! Definitely recommend the company and Jesse Diaz as well.

I don't usually write reviews, but I want to take the time to write one for Jose Pineda because he deserves it. We had a water pipe burst over the weekend, and after two days without water and multiple attempts to fix it ourselves unsuccessfully, we decided to call a plumber.

Jose Pineda showed up at our home less than an hour after I made the call and was polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. Thankfully, he's bilingual and didn't mind explaining everything to my grandmother in Spanish. He went over our options, weighed the pros and cons with us, and was patient and thorough when answering our questions before we made a decision.

Overall, Pineda's work was exceptional. I can tell he has lots of experience and is passionate about what he does due to the quality of work he did for us and the fact that he worked on our home till about 1:00 AM without taking a break. I am forever grateful for Pineda, his wisdom, and his talent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs quality plumbing work done.
