All City Plumbing and Air was a pleasure to work with. They send out an email confirmation of my appointment and text updates/reminders. The appointment operations were super nice and helpful. They even send a text with a photo and short bio of the technician that will be arriving. Nicolas Valdez was the friendliest, most delightful repair technician I've ever had. He cleared my clogged a/c drain pipe and performed maintenance on my a/c unit. This guy is the definition of ""service with a smile"". I would definitely use All City again. Professional and courteous! And the price was fair as well for the services performed.

Joe Pineda from All City Plumbing arrived shortly after I submitted my request for service related to a leaky faucet, faucet replacement, and two stopper replacements. Joe took the time to exhaustively troubleshoot various possible issues and eventually walked me through all the options. He also provided a direct contact number, picked up parts at Home Depot, offered to pick up other parts that I ordered myself, and was easy to get in touch with, even on weekends.
Joe was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely contact Joe again in the future and highly recommend to others.

Anton did a great job with All city plumbing. he said it like it is, gave tips and helped with a kitchen sink that was backed up. the house had a major repiping 4 years ago with all city and we value their business. highly recommended except you can't pick your plumber....or can you?

This review is a bit overdue, but I've worked with All City Plumbing in 3 different occasions in the last year. Plumbing issues are never fun but the guys with All City made it so much easier for me.

Without getting into too many project specifics, Numa helped walk and coached me through a huge project (that started off as a ""simple"" sewage backup). He was patient and genuine about all of my options and was pleasant to work with.

More recently my water heater busted so I called them up as my first choice and was ecstatic to hear about their same day service. Jack was my service agent and was excellent with describing the various options also. Though I didn't ultimately move forward, I really appreciated Jack's approach with responding to the estimate.

I definitely keep their number handy and recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs!

My tankless water heater started leaking and I wanted this fixed right away. I was able to make an appointment easily through their website and they came out in no time . Numa was very informative and professional. He did an excellent job! I was impressed by his efficiency and cleanliness. He went above and beyond, even cleaned my wall where the leaking left a stain! Alexis the plumber came and did a thorough diagnosis of my water leaking problem. He is very professional and nice. He even wore shoe cover, which is important in an Asian home.
