Had a service scheduled for my outside AC unit and Dan H was my tech. He quickly diagnosed that my motor was blown, and swapped in a new one in less than 2 hrs. He walked me thru all the work he needed to do and showed me the issues that he had to repair. After fixing my unit my AC went from blowing air that was 78 degrees to air blowing at 68 degrees. I will be requesting Dan again to replace my interior circulation fan, which asl failed, as well.

As others have said, their quote was 4x higher than competitors. I got the work done very well by another highly rated company for 1/4th the completely ridiculous price that All City quoted. After All City came by, they called me three times and emailed me 6 times in the next hour.

A person affiliated with this business privately messaged me to call me a 'loser with no friends' for writing a negative review.

This company will rip you off! We had a small water leak in the connection that fed our water heater that we fixed ourselves. In the process we had turned the pilot off while we repaired it. We were having trouble reigniting the pilot. So we called All City to come and see if they can get it going. We were thinking the igniter might just need to be replaced. The water heater itself was working just fine before we turned it off.

These guys had the audacity to quote us $3700+ to completely replace the water heater, keep in mind the water heater we were considering is ~$900. They also told us we needed our whole house repiped, quoted us $26,000+ for that, and also told us we needed all our water pressure regulators replaced as well- quoting us a few more thousand for that. Their pricing is totally off!!

The only silver lining was that they were able to come out the next day after I had called them and they didn't charge for a free estimate.

PS- we got the water heater to light ourselves later that afternoon with the help from a neighbor!!! Working like a charm again.

I called All City Plumbing & Electrical based in the great reviews they had received. I thought my issue was a simple back up (toilets). I was told that I had a cracked pipe under my master bathroom floor. $5670.00. Agreed to have them fix it. (My bad. ALWAYS get another quote or two.). They came out and ""fixed"" the cracked pipe, but after that I was told that there were still issues and I needed an additional $20,000 worth of work! Long story short, my brother in law called another plumber and the additional issue was fixed for $1000. I have called four times to get an itemized invoice and have not received a return call from the manager. I would like to see the cost breakdown. ($5670 is a lot of money!) I used their financing so they have been paid and I am guessing I will never get my itemized invoice. Horrible customer service. (And WHY will they not provide an itemized breakdown for what I am paying???). I have left 5 messages for the manger and have not received a return phone call.

Thanks to Jair my kitchen sink is unclogged. He was very professional and thorough with his job. Explained why my sink was getting clogged, the process to unclog it and varying options that suited our needs and budget. Would highly recommend!

Our home experienced a water pipe leak above the water heater this morning and after a quick phone call, All City sent out a technician within two hours! Antonio was excellent in assessing the situation and explaining the details of what it would take to bring our system back to working order. Our old water heater was 25 years old and the technology and safety requirements had changed over the years, so several upgrades were needed for this project. Many steps were required and Antonio diligently worked through each one, including coordinating with the restoration service who arrived to evaluate the water damage from the initial leak. Considering the cost of a new water heater, and the amount of labor and parts for this job, I believe the total cost was competitive. We are very satisfied with All City's service and professionalism.

I hired All City Plumbing to come out and do advanced leak detection to discover we had a slab leak at our house. An old copper pipe had cracked and although there was no physical damage because the water was running under our slab foundation, clearly I could hear water running when nothing was on. When Sergio arrived he took the time to explain everything and quickly got to work with their equipment to pinpoint the exact area of the house where the issue was. He returned with Brandon a day later and they were able to successfully abandon the old line and create a new one. Both Sergio and Brandon were friendly, polite, super knowledgeable and competent at their job. They brought the right tools for the job and although fixing the issue wasn't cheap I'm a firm believer of ""You get what you pay for!"" A+ experience. Never hire an inexperienced plumber. We've found out the hard way in years past. Just call All City Plumbing. You will be glad you did!
