I rate Joe Dorado as an Excellent representative of all city plumbing. He sent a message before he came. He left his name , his family involvement his history in plumbing and thanked us in allowing us to help with our home issues with our plumbing. When Joe arrived at our home he was very professional and showed concern with our issue. He fixed my kitchen drain issue very quickly and explained what we needed to do to correct the problem. I will call All City Plumbing next time that I need help... I will request Joe Dorado. We are very Satisfied with his work.

I had a laundry list of items that I needed to be completed moving in to my new home. I called another company and they never returned my call or email requesting an estimate. When I tried to reach them on yelp they referred me to website.

All City Plumbing should have been my first choice. I received several calls and emails from them updating me. They sent a photo of the person that would be performing the service so I knew who to expect. They had a plumber at my home the next day.

Isidro, the plumber was friendly and answered all my questions. He explained things to me in a way that I would understand. Gave me an honest assessment and I was surprised when he advised he would complete ALL the projects I had in one day.

He was at my home most of the day, did not take any breaks and worked tirelessly. I was very impressed and grateful for the professionalism. If my budget allowed, I would have tipped him!

Robert was awesome! He was efficient and courteous in fixing our garbage disposal. He also clearly explained everything to us with no bs. Will definitely use this company and request Robert in the future.

My toilet was backed up so I called All City Plumbing. This was the first time using them and I have to say, I was very happy with their service. Joe P. was the plumber that came to my house. Joe was the best! He was professional, very knowledgeable, honest and what I appreciated the most was that he cleaned everything before he left. He definitely has a strong work ethic. I normally do not write reviews, however, the quality of service and the absolute outstanding customer service we received from All City Plumbing deserves recognition. We thought we had a simple clog in our guest restroom toilet. It turned out to be more serious. AJ, our lead service technician was absolutely AMAZING! The outstanding customer service and care for our home throughout the several days to fix the issue was BY FAR the BEST we have ever experienced from a plumbing company. Owning homes for over 30 years you become very experienced to plumbing issues and we have had our share of mediocre service. But the efficient and competent service provided by AJ, Kevin and Michael was certainly special! The communication was outstanding as well. We knew in advance when they would be here and they were here right on time with a call in advance to let us know they were on their way. Each day they were here, when they left for the day the Team made sure we had functional plumbing and that all work areas were left cleaner than when they started. The clear respect and professionalism they exhibited was simply amazing! Jeff, the service manager also worked with us to get us the best, most fair deal as possible and when comparing with other rates they were very reasonable. The technology options they had at their disposal was great as well. They even identified and properly corrected an incorrect fix from a previous job from a few years ago. I can't recommend All City Plumbing enough to anyone who wants the job done right! THANK YOU AGAIN AJ, Kevin, Michael and Jeff for turning what was a serious issue into a properly fixed plumbing system!

I called for emergency water heater issue, Sheena was very empathetic she scheduled a tech right away.
The tech David was awesome, explained to us the timeline, availability of parts and I said I'll call for the parts, as the heater was still under the warranty at least for another 5 years. I am checking with the original vendor to see what my options are.
The company didn't charge me for the estimate and visit, I appreciate.
I will certainly look to this company for my future plumbing needs.
I haven't done any work yet, but pleased with the company so far.

I liked that it was very easy to schedule or modify an appointment via their website and text message which I took full advantage of. My technician arrived a bit late outside of the two hour window provided, but at least he arrived. The last plumber I dealt with cancelled last minute after I had rearranged my day and would also come much later than the agreed upon appointment time.

Anyways, my technician provided a quick fix to my no hot water issue at no charge, while also giving some estimates in case I needed to replace my water heater. I appreciate the premium, basic and standard options I was given since water heaters are not cheap.

I recommend all city plumbing and will be going with them once my water heater bites the dust completely.

Raul was our technician and he was great! he was here 1/2 hour after I called the company, and this is the day after Thanksgiving! I thought everyone clogged their kitchen drains on Thanksgiving so I was expecting a longer wait. he was fast and efficient and very friendly!

Toilet was clogged. Called a different company who removed the toilet and said that things were ok. Flushed it a few times and it worked fine. Next day, doesnt work again. Called ALL CITY PLUMBING and my guy Johnathan came through and dislodged the item and showed it to us after he removed it. Great work.

Work was so great that I called him back to help out with cleaning our tankless water heater. Any issues from here on out and I am called Johnathan from All City Plumbing. FACTS!!
