Phone calls do not get answered or messsages returned. The service technician was sloppy, messy and inconsiderate of my property.

We had a fan in the family room which had a cracked bracket so we reported it to our home warranty American Home Shield. The contractor came out and took the blade with him to repair. I then got an e-mail after 3 weeks telling me that the service guy was coming out with the part to fix it . However when he came out he told he came out to measure the fan as they had to buy me a new one. And today I received a notice that it was not normal wear and tear and they were not covering it. So not only did the technician lied to me they claim that it was a known defect of the fan when they did not even know the the name of the company that manufactured the fan.

Needed a dedicated circuit for my window unit. All American sent two guys out and they ran a new circuit and conduit in less than 90 minutes. Problem solved affordably.

I had a ceiling light bulb short out in my study and opened a ticket with Landmark Home Warranty. They connected me with All American Electrical Services who dispatched an electrician on 12/08. The electrician said it was a problem with the fixture and asked if he could take the fixture so that he could locate a replacement. I said okay and received a call from Landmark saying since it was a fixture it would not be covered under warranty. I requested a second opinion which was denied. I tried repeatedly calling and texting All American and they ignored all my attempts and never responded. They kept my fixture and never returned it.

I ended up not renewing my Landmark Home Warranty due to the poor handling of this incident.

I hired JSR Electrical Services and they came out and confirmed it was only a loose wire which he reconnected.

JSR also recommended replacing the recessed bulb fixture with an LED array fixture and quoted a reasonable price to replace it.

I will never do business with All American and Landmark Home Warranty again.

Be forewarned - All American has no clue about electrical problems or how to fix them. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Horrible company. Sent by America Home Shield to look at outlets in the garage. They submitted a diagnosis for an outlet that was outside, near the pool. This had NOTHING to do with the item they were sent to diagnosis. Then they don't answer the phone, nor return texts and voicemails.

Tyler with AAES is grossly unequipped to do electrical repairs. To say he is incompetent would be an understatement. The above pic shows our outdoor outlet after being reinstalled by AAES with the cord holes POINTING UP. I have no idea how this would be considered normal by anyone familiar with electrical outlets. The result would be rain pooling inside the cover and flooding the outlet. Common sense.

Upon calling the company to get it resolved, as well as discuss another issue, the senior in charge (Charlie?) or owner proceeds to repeatedly speak over me. Not once or twice, but at least 7 times before I finally break and demand that he f*&king listen to me and let me finish my description of the problem. He refuses. Then threatens me that he will delay service for a week.

The other part of the issue, which he refused to even hear, is that Tyler made a ""diagnosis"" about the cause of damage to another outlet WITHOUT EVEN INSPECTING IT. He then proceeded to lie to my home warranty company (Landmark, which is as bad) and get the request denied as out-of-warranty damage.

After this mess, and having cut off the phone call with Charlie, this is the text exchange from Charlie (see photo). Avoid this company like the plague. They have a garbage rating on here because they are terrible at their jobs.

Had a call out via my Home Warranty for some work on a GFCI. The technician (Corey) arrived and said it was due to old GFCIs and he would need to replace them. He didn't have enough in his van so he would be back the following day. I later received a call from my Warranty company saying Corey determined the socket was overloaded and therefore not covered. Strange he told me one thing and them something different. I have tried for 2 days to discuss with All American but they won't speak with me. Dreadful company and apparently liars and cowards. I would avoid at all costs.

very bad experience with this company. do not use them.
They said they can fix things, but turn out they just want to charge you no matter what.
So do not give them credit cards first. stay away from this company.

Please stay far far away from this company. The technician knows how to change a bubble or a lamp. if things gets a bit complicated, he starts using SH words and keep blaming you for destroying the thing. He wasted 4 hours of my time, he could not fix the issue and the company is trying to charge me for a job that is not done. Please avoid this company for your own good

I was needing some electrical work done and had submitted a request through my home warranty. Unfortunately, after being reviewed it was not covered under the warranty. During the process All American Electrical had called me promptly and communicated very well what would be the next steps. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and their customer service was great, Charley was able to find a technician who came out to my house that day and replaced my meter box and then followed up later that evening to confirm everything was working. Their prices were reasonable and I will be using them again with a new project we are working on in the next couple of weeks.
