Recently when using an electric leaf blower, the power went out. Turns out that outlet and several others outside and in the garage were now without power. Called my home warranty provider who assigned Alejo Electric. While the first time I called to complete the scheduling their voice mail was full, I got through on another attempt and they returned my call. Appointment setup was straightforward, and they even called a day before offering an earlier time in the day.

On the appointment day, Jesus came to the house. He quickly found that a GFCI outlet that was still with power was the culprit. It seems it had gone partially bad so the outlets after it were affected. He swapped that out, replaced another on that same circuit that would not reset. Quick and easy, great experience overall. If you have a home warranty suggest you try to get Alejo assigned. If you have your own project, other reviews are positive as well.

Fraudulent company with worst service . Please stay away from them. They just rob money without doing anything.

The electrical shortage issue which these guys said to break the wall was later fixed by a handyman man just adding insulation to the wall outlet. The issue was resolved lesser than half amount than these guys charged for doing nothing. These guys are incompetent , greedy and try to cheat.

I am a single mom who was trying to install a ring camera and totally messed up all the wires. I contacted Alejo electric and the service I received was amazing. John was so polite and understanding the two guys that came to my house Joe and Jesus I can't even express how amazing they were. They were so informative and so knowledged on what they were doing, they truly went above and beyond, please believe me if you are looking for an electrical company give these guys a call you will not be disappointed. I am truly so grateful for the service provided by this company especially Joe and Jesus thank you guys will be calling you soon for more electrical jobs at my house, you guys rock.

This company is GREAT. Spoke with the boss, John, about the problem I was facing and that I was a bit scared as I smelled a burning plastic smell from the breaker box that was also making a crackling sound when I would flip it. They were super busy and were not going to be able to make it for 2 days. John had me send him pictures of the breaker box and did me a solid and squeezed me in the same day cuz he didnt want me to me scared about an electrical fire or whatever could possibly happen. When they came they had it fixed so fast and made sure to call me when they were on their way. The whole experience was a 10/10. Definitely will recommend to all my other friends and family. My light was fused in my two bedrooms and was completely in dark, was travellling tommorow and had no idea what to do as i had lot to do and did not really have time to call an electician and spend time. John called at around 7 PM and he helped me like a magiician over the phone. he brought light back to my bedrooms. I called him a GOD and i meant it. He could have easily made 125 and way more dollars if he came to my house but he was so honest and helpful that he just helped me over the phone , I really don't think that there are any other electricians who would have done that. Would hire him anytime if needed in future.

Responsive and handled our project quickly. John was great and his price was reasonable. He installed two fans this time. We had them also change a chandelier in our cathedral ceiling. Great job. Would definitely use them again!!

My home warranty company sent Alejo Electric to fix the three exhaust fans in the mobile home I bought last year. Ali was knowledgeable, neat, and willing to take the time to explain to a senior, what he needed to do. The office staff was also very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely call them again for any needed electrical work.

Alejo did the job right. Electrician Ollie was very professional, solving the problem in less than five minutes. This company restored my faith in electricians that was destroyed by the previous company that ripped me off for $1300 of unnecessary work. Alejo is the best!

DO NOT USE this company my experience with them was horrendous. I would look into using virtually any other electrical company but them. I had small electrical work that needed to be completed, but after interacting with this company, I instead, used a different company. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The technician was unprofessional and his actions were dishonest and fraudulent. I would not trust them and would never have them in my home. Only wish I could give them 0 stars. They do not deserve the 1 start.
