I had a lengthy list of electrical work I needed. John did a thorough walk thru and he completely everything perfectly including some past issues that other electricians couldn't figure it. Everything was cleaned up and tested prior to him leaving. He worked clean and had him helper finish up everything. I was expecting to pay much more for the work that was done. I would highly doubt him for any electrical work.

John from Alejo came out today not only did he show up in the time frame he even called me to give me a heads up that he was only 10 mins out when he showed up he got right to work as I was asking him questions he didn't miss a beat he awnsered my questions with great detail and even gave me some tips for future projects I now have no electrical issues in my home I'm very confident that I won't have any in the foreseeable future thanks to John and his Company. Only thing that would of made it better is if he gave me the winning Lotto number. For all who see this review Don't waste time call Alejo electric and get it done quickly and confidently and overall done right.

I needed repair work on the light fixture and fan in the bathroom. I arranged an appointment for work between 7:00 am and 11:00 am last week. John Alejo came to the house at 8:00 am this morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced both the light and fan units. The work was done in around 30 min. including a thorough clean up of the area. John was prompt and completed the work quickly. He was also very friendly and personable. Outstanding electrical work at this level is somewhat rare these days. I highly recommend Alejo Electric for any type of electrical needs.

Do not waste your time with this company. The office manager informed me an appointment was booked. Called back less than 24 hours later to schedule an appointment. Informed her I already had an appointment with them and she could not find it. She did not honor the original date and window provided and informed me technicians would not even be in my area on the date she booked me for.

John came out from Alejo today and I will say he made my day better. I had been dealing with my air conditioner fuse box being broken by an HVAC technician from a company that was sent from my home warranty company. John fixed the fuse box, was professional and was very personable. John also found another mistake that the HVAC technician made and will have to come out to fix. Long story short, John made me believe in the integrity of companies again. I will definitely use and recommend for any future electrical issues.

The electrician Ali arrived one day after I submitted a service request. He was professional, efficient and worked in a timely manner to get the job done. He was genuinely kind, patient and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Got this company through Fidelity National Home Warranty. John came out and went above and beyond. He was also very friendly, kept me updated on his timing before, explained everything to me as he was working, wasn't in a rush to leave before anything was finished. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. Great experience.

Had electrical issues throughout my home. Alejo Electric came out, were very prompt and courteous. Explained what was going on clearly. He seemed genuinely concerned about my family's safety and potential inconvenience of being without power. He fixed the problem fast and I did not feel overcharged or anything. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will do so whenever someone tells me of an electrical issue.
