Outlets installed in two closets. Curtis was very respectful. He worked really hard to stay within the hour. He used the parts I had previously purchased for someone else to do the outlets. Price was a little less than half of a prior quote I received. I will definitely recommend and I will use them again if the need arises.?

I selected Advanced Electric based on their relatively high consumer rating. Unfortunately, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. I called them to diagnose and fix a 30 amp circuit breaker problem. Steve and Serge came out and thought the problem might be a loose connection or the breaker itself. They tightened the connections but did not replace the breaker because they did not have the part on the truck. We discussed that if the breaker problem was not fixed they would return and replace the breaker. The breaker problem persisted and when they returned to replace the breaker I was charged the full $225 (plus parts) again, with no consideration. Net result was a total charge of $482 to replace a $32 circuit breaker which ultimately took only 20 minutes. The 2023 national average to replace a circuit breaker was $188 with a range of $130 to $280. I spoke to the owner, Bill, and asked for some consideration to no avail.

Excellent customer service! I needed 5 fans installed. The office did a great job communicating with me from setting up a time for an estimate to actual installation. I made an error with one of the fan parts and they were able to help me obtain the correct part and complete the job in a timely way. Professional, cheerful, excellent work with no surprises. We were doing a kitchen remodel and replacing all of our lights and moving outlets. now the kitchen is so up to date and wafer lights that have the night light feature are awesome. A/E worked well with the ever changing schedule of the other contractors. Everything came together like a well oiled wheel.

My outside condenser unit was only getting half the power so I called and was able to get an appoint the same day which was super awesome. After the job was finished the fan did not kick on so they sent another person out ASAP same day to verify all was hooked up correctly, which it was. The associate made a call to help troubleshoot something that was not even their issue and we got it working. Very awesome service.

Very fast to complete the work and installed as requested. Work areas were cleaned before leaving.
However, after observing the time that was consumed to perform the work vs. the quote, I will not be using them again or recommend them. I did agree to the quote which was four times what the job actually turned out to be; a Rip Off. Lesson learned.
