Thanks for the call back! Service is above and beyond! . I've been having problems with my water meter for months now. It seems like my water bill seems to double every six months and I was really pulling my hair out trying to pinpoint the problem. After a friend recommended Gary, I wish I would have called him a year ago. He was at my house the next day ready to go and in two hours had pressure tested all my lines. He found several small leaks in my irrigation system along with a couple of leaky toilets in my home, that were costing me nearly. We had a very high water bill on a rental property that we own in Goleta. After a couple of months with no changes in the usage I decided to look into a leak detection service. I called three different places and Acme had the best price and the quickest availability. I arrived 20 minutes late to our appointment after being tied up at work, and by that time they had already figured out the problem by studying the past water usage and the meter and determining that it was a minor issue related to a toilet, not a hidden leak as I suspected. The owner, Gary, even showed me how to check the micro measurements of the meter on my own for future issues. In the end, the bill came out less than quoted and the fix was easy. I wish I had called a few weeks sooner because it would've saved me hundreds of dollars on my water bill.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Before this company started any work on my house I asked them to please peal up the linoleum floor if they had to drill into concrete underneath or to cut pieces out so I can glue them back in when the job is complete. About 40 minutes later I look at their work only to find 2 holes drilled through the floor. Now I need to replace my floor because they no longer make this style. Not only is it common sense not to drill through linoleum but I had specifically asked them not to. His response was that the floor would not come up, I tried it myself and in less than 5 minutes I had it pealed back. Hope you read this before you make a bad decision.
