Gary at ACME is truly a genius. My property is on a large hill, making it very difficult to find leaks. All three times we've had a problem, Gary has pinpointed the issue quickly. Thanks to his expertise, he has saved me a significant amount of time and money. Moreover, he is a delightful person. I never worry when I receive a text from the city informing me of a potential leak on my property because I know Gary will always be able to locate it.

I moved into a house, and about 2 months in, picked up a musty/moldy smell, particularly in the master bath. Having lung issues already I confess I was a little worried, wondered about moving out. The landlord (a hero!) called Acme Detection, and Gary Fuller was on site with all his detection devices, moving quickly around the house - and within an hour he knew what pipes needed to be replaced, what walls & ceilings had to be uncovered - and immediately after his assessment, his construction crew showed up and did all the cutting, pipe fixing, replastering - the whole thing solved in about 2 weeks maximum. I stayed in another part of the house while it went on, without trouble. TERRIFIC TEAM! Honest, also and that's the main thing.

My experience with Acme leak detection was great. Gary came out and spent a few hours helping me locate a leak. When my guys were digging where Gary indicated the leak was, I texted him to ask him a question and as he was in the area he simply stopped by the check in and take a look. We called Gary to help find what we thought was a leak in the water supply line to a very old home. He was able to come out the day after I called him, and he determined quickly within an hour) that the leak was a sewer/drain line issue, not a water supply line leak.
He then told me the pipe would need re-lining, and that I needed to find a plumber that specialized in that, AND he took the time to describe 3 methods of pipe re-lining, so that when I called plumbers I would understand a bit about what they could do and whether it was appropriate to the situation. He was friendly, professional and informative!
