One star to get this started. So i call for the tuneup special... guy somes tells me stuff, prescribes solutions, send photos of 'my hvac' and gives me a crazy price. Tells me best to change system. Hmmm. Called for 2nd opinion because something seemed off. Of course some stuff was repeated with diagnostic solutions provided etc. My son comes and takes pictures of mt hvac, same angles. Guy showed me pictures of different system. Not mine. Disgraceful practices to take advantage of elderly people

Very pleased with the work that was done at our home. Matt our technician was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about everything, and I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to pressure to buy extra things that you don't want at the moment. The work was done quickly and clean. The only negative I can give is that we scheduled the work online, for a certain window of time, but when they called to confirm the details we were informed that there was no time frame other than between 8am-5pm, so we had to wait all day long instead of the two hour window we wanted. But Matt's candor and the end product more than made up for that fact. If we have any more electrical work needed, we will be calling them again.

I called ACE for a Full service A/C tune up $79.00 on 9/20/21 the Tech said my capacitor was weak I told him to replace it. they charged me the $79 plus $213.70 for the capacitor total $292.70 they provided me with a photo of the capacitor a Mars 14288 I look it up on eBay the true cost is $19.99 with free shipping
Im very disappointed me Charlie and Dona DePari came down to Florida from Massachusetts at the same time I don't know what has happened to him to allow this I understand you need to make a profit but this is over the top

Called them out because we loss pressure in our water coming inside. They where here for quit some time. They were nice enough, but all they really did was send 4 different estimates to totally re plumb the house. with the cost of $16,500.98 my Dad is 82 it cost $150.00 that day. I'm not sure what they did
(unfortunately I wasn't home at the time) we did have somewhat better pressure but sand was coming through the faucets. One week later we had same problem I walked out back by the pump and it was like a lake. I called another company Centflo plumbing they came right out and fixed the problem for $175.00. A cracked pipe only about 1 foot under ground. The plumber said he wasn't sure what they did but they definitely didn't even check this he said the dirt had turned white so it started long ago and any trained person would have seen that. We don't need the house re plumbed. They only want to charge for a big project when it is a easy fix. Sorry don't trust them!!

BEWARE!!! I used Ace before and they were good..

However, Ace Solves it All will now randomly throw in a $239 ""emergency service"" fee even though their website specifically says no fee between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. The lady on the phone even said it's normally not like this, but just for today because they are ""busy"".

Seems so convenient and sketchy to throw in a fee like that when you know someone needs service but not have anything mentioned on the website about such a fee. There should be some type of disclaimer under that ""No Fee"" statement.

I think I'll go with Frank Gay. They are able to get to me today within a couple hours in fact, with no crazy high ""emergency"" fee... Good job Ace, you just lost a customer!

I have used Ace Solves It All several times now. They've done electrical as well as plumbing work. They always respond very promptly and the technicians are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. I will use them again when needed.

Courteous techs but they are really opportunist, taking advantage of your situation and trying to get everything they can get. They got 59.99 out of me and that's it. That was enough. When they told me a part to start with on my ac was $685, I asked why so expensive? The answer I got was ""well it's coming from the factory (Trane)"" . Then they said my compressor could be bad and so on.
Sent them on their way. Come to find out, my ac has a 10 year warranty from Trane and the parts that they said I needed to pay for right then and there were actually free. They sent a tech to my house took care of everything. Tech fee $325, nothing wrong with my compressor, thermostat or motherboard. Only a switch that Trane sells online for $122 and not $685 oh and Ace solves it all's techs $295 each!!! I'd give them no stars but it's the only way I can write on here.

Repiping 1691 sq feet one story house quote me over $10000 for repipe and fix the dry wall but no paint.,it was way too pricey so they said without the dry wall will be $6400 ,maybe they will do better job so I still use this company ,they did finish the job in 5 hours as promised, few problems need to come back and fixed it .I hired another dry wall company to fix the dry wall and they told me they can't fix the bath tub because they are not supposed to cut open the tub like that ,also the wall next to tub was damaged.

Call to see if they had the tools and ability to find my sewer clean out on the outside of my house. Called and talked to Rob I believe his name was. I asked if they could find the clean out and how much that would cost. He responded with we can do a whole home inspection and they WILL find it then. I said I didn't need a full home inspection because we had only bought the house 1.5 years ago and am already handy. He said yes the inspection will find it and sense the tech is already there you might as well do the whole house to see if you may have missed something. He said it would be $57. When the tech got here was super friendly and attentive. After explaining to the tech that I really just needed to find the sewer clean out and didn't need to do a whole hose but if he did find something then it was a good catch. He said np...

Here is where the bad reviews starts. After not being able to visually find the clean out. He made a call to the sewer side of the company. He said give me a few min and returned to the can... after about 20min he came back and said that there is some services package I could buy.. to find the drain was going to be $870..... I was floored by the fact that anything I had said before was not listened to. Nor was I given the level of service promised. I did pay the $57 but will never use ace again.

Very disappointed we have the VIP membership which is $25.00 per month which includes 2 a/c tune ups per year. The past one we had done was a few months ago they said they' replaced the air filter and the a/c unit was great the house is only 1 year and 3 months old. We had a plumbing problem and they charged $1,100 for after hours emergency service. They suggested a water treatment system which would have been over $5,000. We just had them out to clean out the dryer vent it's goes out through the attic. The tech also checked the ac and said that there was no filter in the unit and said it was dirty. Also suggested to have the air handler to be clean for $1,800. Also said it would be $255 to clean the dryer vent on the roof. It seems that every time they come out they suggests more things to be done. We will be canceling our VIP membership.
